They offered me £315,000, when I questioned the low offer they were unwilling to increase it, I sold it on the open market and after all costs got nearly £465,000 so I would not recommend this company.

We needed to sell our property ASAP we contacted fast sale, and we found them to be extremely helpful in every matter. They were fast on acting on e-mails,telephone calls etc but due to covid 19 it took longer than expected but as soon as people were allowed back to work they had been in contact with us within hours of been back to work! I needed to sell my house quickly and didn’t want the hassle of the open market so used fast sale today - I dealt with Rob and Shannon who were both professional but also friendly and sensitive - I obviously got less than I would’ve done on the open market but fast sale took away the hassle which I needed so it was well worth it. It was all done in about a month.

I needed to sell my flat fast, so I went to Fast Sale Today. However due to Christmas, forms not being filled in properly by external agents and the deliberate postponement and hold ups of a Certain member of Swindon Council staff, I eventually sold my flat.

From first contact with the company and speaking with Jason, the whole sale was fairly seamless. We had sold the property previously, however the buyer pulled out at exchange of contract. Already having a property to move to and not wishing to lose this we approached FST.
Their ethos of honesty and transparency was certainly upheld by the team.
I was promised an exchange of contract date which was only delayed by a few days due to there not being a surveyor available in my local area. FST went further afield and found one for me who was able to come and complete the assessment.
Shannon dealt with the sale and was excellent throughout, her friendly nature and ability to make us aware that all was going through as we expected was comforting. There was no hard push with FST and they kept us up to date throughout.
This was not the way we expected to sell our property, however having been on the market for some 8 months with one failed sale, it certainly helped us immensely.
Yes the property was bought at a lower than market price but we were made aware of this from the first call.

Unless you are desperate, i.e.: You have come to the end of your mortgage or your house is about to be repossessed or you are dying and do not want your children to pay inheritance tax, YOU SHOULD AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The process involves a preliminary offer and a local partner visiting the property to value for the quickest sale possible, which will mean that the preliminary offer might or might not be substantially reduced. In most cases it is the former.

Just read the other reviews to make sure you form a balanced opinion and get the most for your property for which you have worked hard to get and keep!
