Don't waste your time with these…
Don't waste your time with these jokers! Make you an offer of 90% Market value and then try to reduce it to 80% after an independent valuation confirms the value as accurate 2 weeks later 😠 I suspect the 5 star ratings are their own staff trying to scam more people! Companies like this need shutting down

Went to fast sale today because we were let down badly. All the staff was very helpful ,however they did knock more money off the original price . I and my husband did expect this . The service its self was good and always trying to be helpful. The most important thing we wanted to get on with our lives and we have managed that with fast sale today.

Rip off merchants !!!!
Made an offer on my flat then once the RICS So they was in tried to knock it down however the survey was obviously done by a surveyor that Had no clue as they were saying there was no parking space et cetera et cetera which is alarming as the facts were not correct. Don’t waste your time with these they are rip-off merchants

Jason was first class and very helpful and supportive of my situation and house sale problem!
He wasn’t pushy or overbearing either!
He listened so patiently to my rants about my sale etc and was there to email or talk to even when he was not actually at work!
Even though I didn’t finally have need of his services I appreciated his messages afterwards checking I was ok and things had gone the way they should!
I would happily recommend Jason and his company to anyone who is having house sale grief!

Hi,I used fast sale today because I needed to sell my house quick.to my surprise I had a bit of a problem,I needed probate my wife died without a will and my property had asbestos.well my assigned agent Robert Lishmund,(Rob).was my to go to person,he was always there for me and was extremely supportive of me.fast sale really did a good job .I was very happy with the valuation of my house.my best experience was the relationship between me and Rob..I would recommend fast sale today because it worked for me.thank you fast sale today for my future..and thanks Rob.

This is the first time I've worked with fast sale today and I found working with Kathryn Osland very easy to work with. There nothing she wouldn't help with which made the whole process so smooth. She was very helpful and polite, and as they say on the tin if you want your property sold fast then look her up.

My experience with Fast Sale Today team showed me how people are considerate, sympathetic, kind and all the good stuff. Jason, Shannon , Kathryn and others were nothing but great from start to finish. The offer was fair , everything was explained clearly and they were always available to answer questions.
I would provide a 10 star rating and would recommend the company to anyone looking for a quick sale with a team of professionals..

Who didn’t do what they promised -
- carry out an independent property valuation
- find out the facts about the property, i.e how many years left on leasehold instead of incorrect data on B Simmons advert
- find out the HPI valuation given by RBS
For a property valued at £152k by HPI and £140k by the estate agent (market value) wouldn’t it be fair to say that offers should’ve been over £125k instead of £105k offered by Fastsaletoday?
It doesn’t matter what price it was advertised at. The market price valued by a surveyor is £140k. I was prepared to take offers over £125k which is what the estate agent advert clearly showed.

This is the 5th time we are replying as you seem to not like our response and then go on to delete the post and re-post in order to remove our reply. We have reported this to Trustpilot as feel it is unfair to try remove our feedback to your post.
We strongly refute the above accusations and would like to explain our view of events. We pride ourselves on our transparency and feel you wrongfully portrayed our service and offering.
As a cash buying firm, we offer sellers an alternative means to sell for a discounted price of up to 85% of the TRUE market value of the property.
Upon your instruction, one of our experienced colleagues reviewed your property and noted the marketing history at £140,000 but more recently £125,000. This was listed on Rightmove with a local agent and after a period of time, and failed to sell. We offered 85% (subject to survey) of the last marketed price (£125,000) resulting in a cash offer of £105,000.
I feel you are upset that a local agent valued your property higher yet if it was worth £140,000 it would have sold. If it was worth £125,000 as per the last Rightmove listing, it would have sold. If the HPI valued it at £152,000, please again explain why it failed to sell with a substantially marketing period even at £125,000?
We therefore stand by our offering and feel it is fair for the facts at hand. The issue here seems to be that you are frustrated it is not selling and are not able to achieve the misleading prices provided by the local agent.
Instead of kindly declining our offer, you used offensive language and hung up the phone before requesting we increase the offer based on your historic higher listing price.
We appreciate this offer may not be able to work for you and your onward plans however, it is unfair to slander our company and offering to the public as a result.

Everything happened as it should. All the staff I dealt with responded to any queries quickly. The money went in the bank super fast!
The only reason for 4 stars is the initial offer was higher than the actual amount given. It would have been better if someone had come out before any figures given. But the process itself was quick and easy. Thank you.
