Exemplary service and delivery
Having contacted a number of cash-buying companies, Fast Sale Today was by far the best cash offer and operated in the most transparent way possible.
I was particularly impressed with Kathryn and Tom for their constant communication; every step was explained to me clearly and I ultimately ended up with a very fair offer in less than 3 weeks from my first phone call with them!
If you want a fast house sale then look no further- I’m so glad I ignored some of the bad reviews on this site and got in touch with them. I’d urge anyone to do the same!

Great service and great team, highly recommend
The team at Fast Sale Today are amazing! They made the sale of my property so easy. I had been to a few estate agents and they had just messed me around promising me that the property would sell but ultimately wasting my time. Fast Sale Today gave me an offer over the phone and then had two surveys and then we signed contracts. It was that easy and now means I can relocate as planned. Thank you Fast Sale Today!

Thought thiswould be a good way to sell my flat quickly so I could go back to care for my mum(99yearsold)
I had myflat valued at 62,000 (£30,000 to extend the lease)
Then they got back to me to offer 90,000!!!!
Since I've had a local estate agent round: putting it on the market for 135,00 without the lease extension(30,000)
They are confiident to sell it quickly for that price .. fast sale couln't do that although they were all very helpful
Dont touch them unless you are prepared to accept an offer MUCH lower than the market value...all they are want is a BIG profit....terrible

We do all we can to explain the context of the offer throughout the process. Just like any private buyer, for our own protection, we cannot commit to a sale until we have had a survey completed on any property.
The market, particularly in your area, is extremely volatile at present and the landscape can change dramatically in a short space of time. Following our survey confirming your property had a short lease (~15k to extend), held a resale value (post lease extension) of £140,000 and a similar flat in the same block had just come to market for £140,000, this conflicted entirely with the estate agents estimates of £160,000. Our intention is to be as accurate as possible pre-survey, but this can never be guaranteed. If a survey does come back negatively, we can either withdraw or still try our utmost to put a cash option on the table for you. In this instance the amended offer couldn’t work, however we still absorbed all costs incurred.
Thank you for your words on our customer service, we always aim to deliver the highest standards during every transaction and as part of this we clearly explain to every client that our offer is non-committal until the survey is returned. We do this as quickly as possible to avoid uncertainty on your side, but, apart from being responsible for sale costs, there really is no way we can provide any further protection to you, as the seller.
If our survey proves correct and you struggle with the sale through local agents, our door is always open.

Awful experience. I had an offer by email and emailed back to accept then I had a call to say they were no longer able to meet the original valuation as they had done more research. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Why make an offer to retract it?

We pride ourselves on speed of response and transparency of the process. Referring specifically to your online enquiry, we see a consultant contacted you within 60 seconds and during the call clearly explained our service & provided an estimate of our offer based on the valuation YOU provided us with!
Following further research and after identifying that you had actually been unable to sell your property for 8 months + whilst marketing with a local agent, we informed you that our initial estimations as to a cash offer may well be unrealistic as we believed the market value you provided us with to be inaccurate. Rather than wasting anyone’s time, we aim to be transparent from the outset and provide this feedback prior to beginning the process.
The property market all across the UK is currently stalling in the lead up to Brexit, with buyers all across the UK understandably apprehensive about committing to a purchase until they have a clear picture of how house prices will be affected. Unfortunately this situation is leaving many sellers (including yourself) increasingly frustrated with the inability of estate agents to secure a sale. We do appreciate your frustrations but please do not take it out on us for providing an honest assessment of what we believe your home is worth to cater for the unstable market conditions.

It is extremely disappointing to hear your feedback, however, as a prerequisite to a response to your review, we must advise that the abuse levelled at members of staff via your aggressive and threatening emails is wholly unacceptable and continuance of this behavior will not be tolerated.
Our professional team of experienced consultants deal with dozens of homeowners every single day, and, during a home sale consultation, make it implicitly clear as to the process we follow; the offer is subject to a local agent valuation and a survey. For your protection there is zero commitment required, no obligation or any fees charged throughout the entirety of the process, so it is solely ourselves that are risking any financial costs.
As we understand from you situation you developed two properties that are now proving far harder to sell than anticipated, partly down to your misjudgement of local demand for this style of build. The properties have been marketed by multiple local agents (to no success), have been available via auction (unsold) and are now sat back on the market (again unsold) at £115,000 - £120,000.
Local market conditions are falling in the lead up to Christmas and with uncertainty surrounding Brexit next Spring, who knows what value your property could hold next year, it’s incredibly difficult to be confident you will even achieve the £110,000! In light of this, our £90,000 offer (inclusive of sale costs) holds up extremely competitively when considering we can be done in 7 days from here!
Whilst we appreciate this must be a difficult feedback to take, it is a reality of the situation being proved by your inability to sell the properties at a higher value than £110,000 yourself. Fast sale today have been amazing, very professional from start to finish, the staff that work here are fantastic, they helped me in all aspects of my sale from mediation to filling out paperwork. The sale of my property was a very complicated & time consuming, but fast sale today was very patient with the matter in hand and even tho the purchase / sale took a lot longer then everyone anticipated, fast sale today was very professional and helpful right until the end.

Genuine cash buyers and pleasure to deal with
I spoke to a number of companies in this industry before deciding to proceed with Fast Sale Today and would highly recommend them. They were a pleasure to deal with from the off; transparent throughout and were true to their word. I probably spoke to half of the personnel at the company throughout the process; Silvesta from the start and initial offer, Tom for underwriting and confirmation of the final offer, Shannon was great in moving the process along and Katie for resales/anything after exchange. They are all very approachable and always happy to update you and answer any questions.
Whilst you will sell at circa 80-85% of the true market value, I consider it worthwhile given the speed of sales process and coverage of all other fees. Brilliant service particularly for leasehold and buy-to-let investors wanting to downsize their portfolio and would happily approach again!
