We wanted a quick sale to enable us to move to a retirement property in Spain. Tom and Shannon were excellent, they always kept me informed of the sale and managed to complete in time for our move. The price was lower than the market value but well worth it considering the lack of stress as we knew we could move on the date we wanted.

I was fed up of trying to sell through estate agents who would constantly tell me the market was not good. I contacted Fast Sale Today who made an offer and bought my house for 85% within 3 weeks. It was simple and stress free. Their customer service team are top notch.

Playing a game with 2 surveys first offer £49,000 2nd offer £42,000 a couple of weeks go by 2nd survey now the offer is £32,000 really! Yes we all understand you are quick buyers but at least Turpin wore a mask! This review is totally honest and up front and for a business to retain and gain clients you need to be the same.

Started very well in all fairness but soon as contracts exchanged all fell apart paid a £42 charge to get money same day which didn't arrive and the 24/7 solicitors arent avaible to answer why caused massive issues as went against the arranged division of funds between me and my ex partner causing me to lose out on more money and a huge amount of stress, will be going to property ombudsman Monday to sort out as now they have control of my property they have no interest in sorting out any issues, also made an offer based on a 215000 value and put on market at 250000 so deliberately undervalue however I believe all companies in this vein do it. Shame as had high hopes at the start and was ready to recommend to numerous people before all this carnage started.

Due to reasons out of our control we had to sell our house quickly. we contacted a few companies that offer the same service and Fast Sale Today were by far the best. They kept up communication throughout the whole process. We had various issues that needed facing during this time including someone that lived in another country having to sign over all rights to the house.
They made this process as painless as they could even working late into the night to meet the tight deadlines.

Had to sell quickly for financial reasons and Fast Sale Today made the process as easy and hassle free as they could. Of course you expect to sell for less than you would on the open market, but unlike most of these companies the amount they pay under the market price was a set figure and not percentage based. They were open and honest with us from the first phone call and all of the staff we dealt with on the phone were pleasant and helpful. If you need to sell fast for any reason I would recommend using Fast Sale Today based on my experience dealing with them.

Simple fast process, you do get less than you would on the open market but you have to weigh up what is important to you at the time - for me getting less and having the property off my hands was worth it. The team are all really nice, honest throughout the process, and I have no problems recommending them.

I spoke to a few companies trying gather information and proposals for the property. This is the only one that I felt were open about the process, cared about what our requirements were and really took the time to listen to our questions, they also were also the most competitive on pricing.

They accomodated our uncertainity, insecurities, speed bumps and pulled out all of the stops for a really tight deadline. The most impressive of all is that we needed assistance in getting someone off of the title who lives in Singapore. No challenge seems too big for this team and they all pull together to make sure we get the outcome we require.

I hope to never be in this situation again, however if I am I feel confident in knowing that I have the Fast Sale Today Team ready to get me out of it!!
