Williams Service was good
Started well with a a fair offer of 85% of market value £165,000 (£140,000)
Then a visit from a local estate agents then the actual offer came down to £115,000 .
Offers are based on local properties but are not based on extensions condition of the house or items being left in the sale ie flooring blinds white goods etc . to simplify it a mirror image of our house a stones through away has just sold for close on £160,000 with the exception of our house having a triple extension added .
But to argue the case another house further down the street is up for £125,00 again no triple extension and work needed to be done on it .
Offers should be based on comparable properties and also current 2017 prices not 2013 2014 etc.
I have no problem withis company making a good living but I do think the valuations should be thought out better . It’s upseting more than anything to be insulted with a price for a house you have poured your heart into .

Beyond this, the valuation was actually met by the final offer and all within a very quick turnaround.

I can't commend the team enough. I spoke with Tom, Shannon and Daniel - each with an extremely personal, professional tone and an exceptional knowledge of their industry. I was given all the time I needed and was kept informed every step of the way. Under the circumstances, it was a relief to have their support to alleviate pressure.

I really don't plan on selling another home in a rush again, but if I am put in such a situation - I will definitely use Fast Sale Today.

The staff at front of house were super-nice and diligent. Will and Shannon you are a credit to your generation. Behind the scenes lies a different breed of person who, in my opinion, prey on the desperate and needy. Having asked for £20,000 less than after the initial price promise given (not entirely unanticipated), they asked for a further £20,000 less after a 'director's meeting' just before exchange on what one lawyer called 'an utterly spurious basis.' Thankfully, not desperate, I have moved on to a better company, and as a barrister myself, suggest 'caveat emptor.' Buyer beware - trust in a level playing field is not what you have from this company, in my opinion. The answer expected in reply, I'll leave you to trust. The 2 stars are for Will and Shannon.

Couldn't fault the company regarding speed Of completion and advice. Only downside is you do receive considerably less than the valuation but if you are wanting a quick sale it's ideal.
They did make the process very easy.
