Horrible

Horrible! I paid for two fast-track orders and never received them. I've also sent two emails requesting a refund, but I still haven't received a response.

What's the procedure for banning this site from the internet?

I was extremely impressed with this FastTrack service

I was extremely impressed with the speedy process of paying and purchasing a last minute fast track pass online so close to my flight departure time.

The staff on the fast track were very helpful and friendly, I passed through the fast track security lane without any issues and again was very impressed with the ease of the whole security process through Gatwick.
I liked that I could add my fast track pass to my apple wallet on my device making passing through even easier.
And I would definitely use this service again, and would recommend it to anyone else who asked me.

Thank you for making a stressful airport journey a little more stress free.

The service offered is well-maintained

The service offered is well-maintained. It helps me get rid of the waiting lane at the airport, the thing that I hated so much. Wish that I had known this earlier. Will continue using the service in the future.

Helped me catch my flight

I was late at the airport, on the verge of missing my flight, and bought a fast track for the first time as a last resort; somehow, it worked out, and I was able to catch my flight. Simple and friendly UI definitely saves time.

I would give 0 stars, total scam. Paid at Corfu airport for 3 passes - they were not accepted, then on the same trip Paid for 3 in Nuremberg and the fastrack now doesn’t exist.
Contacted them to complain - no response.

Terrible and a scam

Terrible and a scam! I purchased 4 passes for FastTrack at Bangkok BKK airport. Total scam as the airport personnel had never heard of this service. I have requested a refund and nobody answers, neither per mail nor per WhatsApp. Avoid at all costs

This is a scam!

They suggest they are "collaborating" with airports. I work at Amsterdam Airport. We don't have any collaborations with this company.

Fast track for security check at Schiphol can be reserved FOR FREE via the airport's website.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify: we do not claim direct agreements with every airport. Our platform distributes Fast Track passes legitimately via airlines and authorised partners, similar to how carriers like SAS and Aegean sell Fast Track as an ancillary service.

At Schiphol, travellers can also book a free timeslot directly with the airport. Our service is an optional alternative for those who want a single digital platform to manage Fast Track passes across multiple airports, with Apple/Google Wallet integration and consolidated travel services.

We’d be glad to discuss how Schiphol could benefit from broader distribution of its Fast Track service through our OTA, TMC, and GDS network.

Scam. Purchase passes directly with your airport. Not this site.

I mistakenly bought two passes with this company thinking they were affiliated with Dublin Airport.
When I realized a few were seemed off (price was more expensive than booking directly with the airport, no entry time on the pass), I tried to issue a refund. Customer support email didn't work and live chat feature always replied with 'all of our agents are offline', regardless the time of day. Left me no other option than to issue a chargeback with my bank.

I contacted Dublin Airport directly to confirm the legitimacy of this site and if they are aware and they advised that I had been scammed. Dublin Airport's only provider of fast track passes is Grant Thornton and this is done directly on the airports website, not through a third party.

Update 25/8/2025:
Eventually, someone from their customer support got in touch with me, however this was after my bank reached out to them first, how convenient.. This person apologised and assured me that the chargeback would result in my favour. I was disappointed to learn from my bank that they instead contested my claim and tried to provide evidence to say they provided a 'legitimate' product. I was able to counter this with my own evidence to which my bank ruled the chargeback in my favour.

All in all, if you are unfortunate enough to have purchased a pass from this company, contact your bank directly for your money back. Contacting your local airport can also support your claim as evidence.

I think these reviews may be right…

I think these reviews may be right possible scam. Bought 2 fast passes for Charles de gaulle airport in Paris - was difficult to navigate the airports website and did this in a rush. It was not recognised and they debited nearly £32 in total for them both not to work.

Pass did not get recognized.

Despite taking my money and delivering me a QR code, the code failed to recognize at the airport and I was unable to use the fast track lane. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
