It says refurbished but it seems brand new! If it is actually refurbished, the great job!

Bought 2 (new) Carlinkit 4.0 wireless CarPlay adapters. Price was best online by a fair amount. Arrived quickly and works perfect.

I purchased a box to convert Android auto to CarPlay as my car can only accept CarPlay. Description in product listing very clear inc model of my car listed, fast delivery, product works exactly as described.

Context - discontinued Logitech keyboards.

I used this outfit via Amazon (Amazon Renewed).

I was of course as doubtful as the next person - expecting essentially second-hand goods - but it seems rather that it's 'seconds' that they deal with. So, 'open-box', or stuff that may've gotten scuffed in the factory.

Therefore what I received was basically as good as new (not used by any humans before) - but sure, some minor flaws/scratches/scuffs in places.

Very happy with this bunch - will always trust them.

Bought a wireless adapter for CarPlay … arrived quickly and works well! Good size too. Doesn’t take up valuable storage space in the car. Would buy from them again!! Thank you

In the first place I was at fault and purchase the wrong item!! Fatbat contact was impressive and sympathetic and they arranged with Royal Mail for the packaged to have a label postage paid and RM collected the item from my home on time. Very impressed! Thank you

Great price and quick dispatch, would certainly use Fatbat again. Goods as described and very pleased with my Logitech ipad keyboard case.

I ordered a Logitech iPad keyboard from Fatbat which was delivered as described and in the expected time-frame. Fatbat had provided a Royal Mail tracking number with the order confirmation, however, this was not "trackable" while Fatbat was packaging the item for shipping, which took them longer than I expected. This cause some concern on my side initially, however, once the parcel was in the hand of Royal Mail everything went smoothly.

I ordered, through Amazon, on Wednesday One SanDisk Ultra 64GB SDXC Memory Card, Up to 120 MB. I was contacted and I was wise enough to photograph the update on Friday 16th, promising

'Arriving today by 8:pm"

This was there until shortly before 8PM when I was informed that it would now arrive before the 21st June and if it didn't they'd graciously allow me a refund.

This presented me witth a problem. I needed the faster memory card for some photography away from my home starting on the 18th June.

Had I known that they could not keep to the promise on the Amazon website...or even near to the promise' I would never have ordered the card from tthem in the first place.

I have contacted Amazon and registered my feelings about this event with them and they have mailed FatBat pointing this out and stating that if it does not arrive before I depart on Sunday morning, 18/6, they will expect me not only to be refunded but compensated..

However when I visited FatBats website I was somewhat alarmed to notice that the only memory cards of the type i ordered are actually refurbished... so actually second hand.They do not, on their website actually appear to sell the exact product they advertise on Amazon.

Had the memory card arrived I would if that were the case, been investigating the legal position of this. However since they have failed to deliver it as promised thus far, causiing me massive inconvenience, that will have to wait..

I shall update this as things develop.

FatBats first response was to claim I’ve reviewed the wrong website - as they have done to others here.

The trading name on Amazon is FATBAT quality gadgets store and hey, if you put that into Google what’s the top hit ?
Yes It’s FatBats website.. But if you Google their customer services telephone number, you arrive at another name that of a GDEurope.co.uk…even more confusing

Anyway now we’ve confirmed I am not writing about a completely different company we shall see what happens

I have now had a further response from FatBat - they no longer are claiming i have the wrong company since they have realised that I know that to be untrue .

Out of fairness I would put their response here since they are complaining about my 100% accurate review..

Unfortunately they have so little faith in their own company that it is impossible to cut and paste it for Trustpilot's customers to judge for themselves.

Without typing the whole thing out verbatim, I shall deal with the key points though they are of course in the interests of fairness free to print it underneath.

'We check customers of FatBack for the last three days and there is no David."

This led to their allegation that I had the wrong company. Then they said this..

"Then we checked you on other places and found you on Amazon"

Unfortunately for them I said in my first line here "I ordered from Amazon"

"Amazon" was mentioned FOUR times in my initial post but told Trust Pilot I had got the wrong website. I won't insult visitors of this site by asking if this can be believed.

There followed an apology but then a claim that they were being "punished unfairly " They claimed not this time that they are a separate company because I had exposed that untruth but that they are a separate division. THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY !

"FatBat Quality Gadgets Store " under which FatBats trade on Amazon has no presence of its own on TrustPilot but has the gall to complain when someone unearths the fact that they are part of FatBats.co.uk and has the nerve to complain about their appalling service.

They mention "SanDisk Ultra 64GB SDXC Memory Card, Up to 120 MB/s, Class 10, UHS-I, V10 Condition Used Like New Which is listed with Special Tag Refurbished (screen attached)
There is no mention on the Amazon listing of the product being refurbished.Having downloaded the png screenshot, it shows a perfectly normal pic of a new stick.

This seems highly alarming - and I am not the person to make a judgement based on this but I shall certainly pass all the screenshots to the authorities

They claim that Royal Mail picked up the item at 3pm on that day ...but "unfortunately Royal Mail let us down again"
Later they say "unfortunately Royal Mail did something wrong.. " They claim that it was not scanned by the Royal Mail sorting centre and is lost. If they are using Royal Mail they cannot expect regularly 48 hour delivery to customers as they know full well

They offer refund or replacement I want a refund asap... but I would want some compensation for attempting to defraud me with a second hand product , ludicrous excuses and causing me massive inconveniece.
