Stylish and great value
I always like Fat face products. Ordering online was easy and because I know what sizes fit really well browsing and choosing is simple. Always good to call into the stores though and see the latest ranges.

Great jeggings as usual but…
Great jeggings as usual. It’s my 3rd pair. Only they had a snag in them. Went to local fatface fab customer service but their stock was quite different of the same jegging! So reordered. When they arrived they were different again! I’ve kept the snagged pair as were the best fit but disappointed to pay full price. Shocked at how the style can differ so much too.

The shop assistant was unable to order my long length trousers for me as there was an issue with the new computer system . But she organised an e mail voucher for me so I could order them myself and not have to pay postage .
She was very apologetic and within an hour I got the e mail voucher

I have not yet received my order which I ordered on the 9th August, received an email to say it had been shipped to courier on the 16th August. I have no tracking information sent from courier and no response from fat face regarding my order when emailed.
