Was shopping in Barnstaple today and even though I didn’t buy anything just wanted to say that the fun and banter the two staff had today was so fun, I felt really welcome and they knew their stuff, I window shopped for Christmas , and I’ll definitely go back. Top staff Dwaine and Liam were awesome

Was shopping in Barnstaple and Dwain…
Was shopping in Barnstaple and Dwain had a impact on my experience was only looking to bye a casual shirt and I ended up I getting more than I went in for! The service was next to none and the detail of the product knowledge was excellent. I will definitely be back when I visit Barnstaple again.

Great clothes for everybody!
I like the style of clothing at Fatface. I like that you can buy 100% cotton clothing. I’m not so keen on some of the recycled range of clothing. I prefer natural fibres against my skin. I love that you offer a wide range of sizes and that you offer shorter alternatives in both your trousers and dresses. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Fatface Barnstaple, a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Greeted as I entered the store but left to peruse at my pleasure. I was looking to purchase a jacket but the colour and size was not in the store, Dwain was absolutely amazing and offered to order the item on line for me. I was so pleased with how helpful Dwain was I carried on perusing in the shop and with Dwains assistance purchased other items. Great service and very friendly, I will definitely be visiting the Barnstaple store again 👍

I'd been in the Barnstaple store before…
I'd been in the Barnstaple store before to buy shorts and found that there were a great number of options and the staff very helpful. I popped in again as I was after a few things, the staff were amazing and helped me so much from size to style and directing me when I asked about specific things. Very patient and we're genuine and friendly. Suffice to say I did end up buying more than intended but I left the store very happy!

Very happy with the service I received in the barnstaple store, first time shopper in a fat face. Dwain and team did not disappoint. Someone to help in every area I went. The chocolate treat at point of purchase was a nice little touch.

Made on line order, site was straight forward and easy to use. Great range on offer in all sizes. Was in formed by e mail order in my local store only took a couple of days. Store was busy but only took a few minutes for pick up. Haven't used FatFace before but will certainly use again.
