We went into your store in Bath and what we wanted to purchase was not the right size. So the assistant very kindly looked it up and gave us the item code. I ordered it at home and amazingly could have it delivered to our local Next store in Longwell Green.

Miserable service
Bath Fatface on a very wet day. Spent £115.00 on two items only to be served by the most miserable and unhelpful assistant ever (Hannah) didn’t smile and could barely talk….. It’s also dosent help when you only offer paper carrier bags when they would only have lasted a couple of minuets in the downpour

Quality, well fitting high street clothes
It’s nice to find quality, well fitting men’s clothes on the high street. Fat Face’s sales also seem genuine and they have plenty of sizes available (not always the case in sales where the only items left are xxxxl or xxxxs. The staff could be a little bit more attentive and welcoming.
