FABULOUS STORE
Popped into my local store to have a browse at the sale. Bought 2 dresses which sadly were not suitable. Took them back and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Love my local store…. One of the best stores around as light bright and lovely displays and the staff are amazing and helpful x

The pick up was very easy to complete , both on line at the shop where the female assistant at the counter was, cheerful,polite and helpful .

Hats off to Abby & Sam in Bude!
Desperately in need of a hat in this very hot weather, I went into the FatFace store in Bude. Abby was really helpful in finding me the right cap (one size fits all hats don’t often fit me). She was polite, friendly and professional. I’m not always impressed with retail stores but this was a lovely exception.
On my second visit - to buy a second cap (long story!) - I was served by Sam who was also very good and had a sharp sense of humour.

Great quality, comfy fit around the waist with a wide waistband.
Leggings don’t ride up or roll down.
Unfortunately my order wasn’t delivered to my local store in the timescale I was expecting but I did receive a text message telling me if the delay. Order should have arrived on Friday but actually wasn’t in store until Monday.

The lovely window displays always coax me in, then once inside I can't help looking and mostly buying something from the newly stocked range. For a small seaside town like Bude its good to see a quick change over of stock.

Ordered on a Tuesday in store
Ordered on a Tuesday in store. Was told it would be delivered to store on Friday, wasn’t there, then told next delivery would be the following Monday, returned to find still not arrived so cancelled order. No customer service or notification to explain why it was delayed. When asked in store the only thing they could say was that I wasn’t there only person waiting for a delivery.

Brilliant staff at Bude
On Wednesday I went to Fatface in Bude and was helped by a lovely lady called Abby.
She was so helpful and friendly and really helped me to choose a dress.
She didn't need to go above and beyond, but she did.
Well done Fatface for employing such a lovely member of staff, in fact the other members of staff were lovely too.
