Great quality, great store experience, average customer service via online
I am delighted with my coat - colour and quality. I found the girls in the store in Cork very helpful, when I was due a refund for a delivery delay. The online customer service were not as helpful. I am very grateful for the raincoat. Fab :)

My size was available in shop on that particular day. This is unusual as I take size 6 ans this size is rarely available in the shop. The attitude of the assistant was wonderful so my experience was very positive as she was so helpful and patient.

I recently purchased a dress online but when it arrived I decided I would prefer it slightly longer in length. Retuned it to the shop, instant refund & reordered it online. The assistant apologised that she was unable to place the order for me because their sale had not ended but she did check that the longer dress was in stock. All good,I am now very happy with my preferred length & most satisfied with the customer service in store & online.

Not delivery notification
I didnt get a notification of delivery day.
Eventhough I kept tracking the parcel it didnt show a delivery day so I missed the delivery at home and had to collect from the Post Office.
One item didnt fit me and now I cant exchage it as they told me in the shop it is overdue the 15 days of exchange .

I can also confirm that we clearly state on our website that our returns policy is 30 days for full priced items, and 15 for sale.

Still waiting for a refund.
Bought trousers online and returner to a store in Cork, Ireland. They advised me the money will go back to my account within 7 days. We are now 8 weeks further and no payment received. Spent multiple hours talking to them via phone and email, and they said it is an issue with my bank. Called my bank and they told me a repayment was never added or requested. Will not buy something here again.
