Spent £120 on a coat, no smiles in store
Where's the fun, upbeat vibes that there used to be? Shopping with Fat Face used to be enjoyable, now it feels like just another large corporation.

I went to pick up my parcel but they told me it wasn’t there yet but went to look and as the email said it wasn’t there. I didn’t gave a barcode or QR code on the email though. Very pleasant young lady.

Shirt for daughter
The store was very well laid out; the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
All products were carefully displayed making it easy to choose items to try on etc.

Placed an order for click and collect
Placed an order for click and collect. When collecting part of the order was missing. The store manager in Eastbourne contacted customer services to track the item which had been omitted from the delivery and so arranged for a new order to be placed. She was very helpful and did give me her name but unfortunately i cant remember it.

My husband loved the turtle shorts that I got for him so much that he’s bought another pair! FatFace shorts fit him perfectly and he was delighted that they were still on sale when he got his second pair.

Quality products, well made. Delivered earlier than expected which was very helpful.
Downside is that on line products via Klarna or Clearpay cannot be returned or exchanged in store. This is a pain as I like to exchange rather than refund.
