Unable to return at the shop I collected from!! …
I did Click & Collect from a FatFace shop which was fine until I tried to return them (they were too small!) When I took them back to the shop I was told I'd have to return them by post as I'd paid by PayPal!! Apparently this was in case I hadn't yet paid the full amount (I offered to show the proof that I had) Really inconvenient and ridiculous policy!!

I ordered the white duvet set having read the reviews - the colour is definitely off white but that didn’t matter to me. I returned the set because the linen is very see through - it would show the duvet and pillows underneath (my hand was clearly visible through it). I have other linen bedding where this is not the case (albeit in darker colours)

Have just loved FatFace this summer for me and for hubby- and have converted 3 friends too! Spent a fortune in sale! But great value for good quality. The Aderyn jumpsuit in 3 colours - love 💕
Customer service excellent too in store - finding me the only jumpsuit left in the country in my size! - and via email after hiccup with refund which was resolved with no fuss. My go to shop- have moved on from WhiteStuff!
