Green denim jacket ordered for click and collect
I ordered online for click and collect as the item I wanted wasn't available in my local store. The process was easy and delivery quick. The staff in the Eastbourne store are always friendly and it is always a delight to visit.

Fatface makes the nicest clothes! But please stock more girls’ clothes in your stores!
Fatface is my favourite store (pretty much my whole wardrobe is Fatface!) and the staff at Eastbourne are so friendly and approachable. I love shopping here!
I would love to see more children’s clothes in store however. My 10 and 9 year old daughters love Fatface clothes and at their age shopping in store over online is important.

Bought goods online althiugh product was of good quality & fitted well in the body the length of trousers were too short so i returned to local store who were very helpful & friendly.

Really polite efficient service
Really polite efficient service. Fatface is my go to now because the quality of its clothing is far superior to other popular high st stores. I only ever return because of fit, never poor quality.
Online ordering and returns are easy.
Communication is also good.

Free delivery the store tells me - NOT TRUE
Just wanted a belt so tried Fat face who told me out of stock but I could get delivered to store or online for free.
Tried to order online but no option for free delivery or delivery to store. So will do the right thing and shop elsewhere.
They loose a customer and a store who tells the truth gains one. Not exactly a good business model
