Sadly this company still use an offshoot of Hermes as their delivery company. Inevitably there will always be problems when using Hermes, as there have been in my case on at least 3 occasions. I have given up using Fatface now and won't use them again until they change delivery company.

I am an avid FatFace fan. Bought quite a few bargains. Very pleased with my purchases, having worn most of them already. Would love you to bring back some tribal prints. Absolutely love the shape of the sleeveless maxi dress Dress I bought with white and yellow flowers on black. I have a red one in same style with little white flowers on red and always get great compliments when wearing it.

Great Selection
The staff are very good, if you need help, they are really attentive. If you just want to browse, they leave you but say to ask, if you need them. I've had to return delivered items, and they are very efficient. Love the variety of clothes and of course now, we can use the changing rooms, even better. My husband is also a Fatface fan. We both love to shop Fatface. Thank you
