Relying on ‘online’ again. Tiresome
Generally very happy with clothing from Fat Face and I do buy regularly; linen shorts for the summer being the latest item. They are very good indeed and no problem with them. But I have to buy these online and get them delivered (to home address as no shop option available. That is not convenient). Im getting very weary of having to buy online like this without seeing products beforehand. A city this size has a few stores and neighbouring towns have stores. None of them have anything like the number of items that are online. Buying ‘blind’ - without seeing items first - has mostly worked for me. Shops here have a very poor choice of items. It’s for that reason I’m not giving Fat Face a better rating here.

I ordered a few items. In general there were very nice but sizes were well off, garments were larger than previously. The whole ordering process was smooth and staff at the shop were great!

FatFace is my go to for most of my clothing! I love the feel of the shops, which are well laid out; your staff are always cheerful and friendly; and your clothes are lively and fit so well.

System Error but Customer pays the Price!
My order was refunded despite never receiving an email or text to say it had arrived in store. A system error apparently. Unfortunately for me I missed out on my 20% discount as a result. Back to full price!! Not impressed with customer service response. The discount should have been honoured as it was a FatFace error…
