I normally love FatFace but!!!
I normally love FatFace but I was highly disappointed in the service I received on Monday in Exeter. I wanted to purchase some sale items, I had to change up some love to shop vouchers. I asked the sales assistant if I could put the items aside for about 5- 10 minutes and she said no we can’t put back sale items. So I had to purchase the items by card and then once the vouchers had come through about 10 minutes later I had to return to the store, return the items and re-purchase them using the vouchers. Now I am out of pocket £72 until the refund has come back onto my card which can take 10 working days.
Such an unnecessary process. My local store always hold sale items for me so I can exchange vouchers. There was only one dress in the store or I might not of worried otherwise. But for the sake of holding the items for 10 minutes would haves saved a lot of hassle. Thanks a lot, NOT.

Absolutely love this company! The majority of my wardrobe is from here. The clothes are such excellent quality and I feel you really get good value for money. Always had good experiences ordering online and shopping in store.

Your customer service within the Exeter branch is second to none. I seem to see a different assistant most times I visit but they are without exception polite, welcoming and helpful. It is always a pleasure to visit the store, even when I don’t buy anything!

Impressive service in the Exeter shop
Impressive service in the Exeter shop, only had to ask and the salesperson would check for sizes and if it was not in stock would order it via the warehouse which delivered items next day.
Good quality cloths that fit well.

Terrible experience!
I ordered a pair of short denim dungarees for my granddaughter on 13th July. I have had no notification that they are waiting for me in store to collect.
My granddaughter is leaving the country in a few days time.
I have not purchased items from Fatface in the past & l will certainly not be using them in the future.
This item is vastly more expensive than similar items in other stores.

Exeter Princes Hay - No hassle, very pleasant and easy to deal with
Had an item bought from another outlet I needed to exchange which was not in stock. Process was easy, hassle free and the new item will be delivered to me in around 3 days which is ideal. They accepted the issues from the original outlet and agreed to deal with them as some processes were wrong there but I cannot fault Nathan and the staff in Exeter. Thank you.
