Love a bit of FatFace!
Got some superb clog type scandals (eg wood sole, higher type) in the sale from FatFace. Can’t wait to wear them next summer! Went to the store in Horsham, West Sussex to collect them - the shop was lovely and reassuringly still very FatFace in the way it’s kitted out. The shop was busy and full of customers but the staff were still really nice and you felt like they really had time for you. I’m going to Horsham again this afternoon so will pop in again for some last-min Christmas items that I spied last time. Although I ordered my shoes online, there’s nothing like an actual in store experience plus the staff were so helpful.

Staff in the Horsham store are always…
Staff in the Horsham store are always attentive, helpful and polite. If I can't get the item in store I can usually order it online and deliver to store and then try items on in the shop changing room. A bonus was that I managed to buy a few items in the Fatface sale. All in all, I was very pleased with the quality of my purchases.

So when my order arrived there was a…
So when my order arrived there was a Monsoon item with a Fatface tag on it. I took this to my local store to return the item. The store left me waiting for 10-15 mins one a queue formed and finally the other member of staff decided she would help. I had left the item sealed in its plastic bag but her tone was rather accusatory that I was trying to return an incorrect item. Not great. I was let down when I didn’t receive the correct item and then made to feel uncomfortable trying to get the problem rectified. Staff training needed both in your warehouse and politeness towards customers.

I brought a suede handbag from Horsham…
I brought a suede handbag from Horsham branch. Lovely bag. A few weeks late the side handle stitching just gave up the ghost. It fell to the ground, good job I realised as would have lost cards, car keys etc. the stitching had torn thru the material and handle came off. i went back with receipt and they thankfully swapped it for another one, Which after a few weeks has just done exactly the same thing! I will re returning for a full refund this time.
I find their clothes are not as good a quality as White Stuff are. A top i got recently has faded after a few washes, has a small hole in it as well.

3 for 2 on socks offer not honoured.
There was a 3 for 2 on socks offer and I bought 3 pairs of socks along with some other items. My mistake for not checking my receipt in store but when I got home I had not received the 3 for 2 offer. Its a shame when the offer should have been applied automatically without me having to check.
