Good quality cold weather bag
This is a nice size bag with plenty of space for a phone and purse. Outside pockets are good for passes. Good quality winter occasional bag.

Lovely staff members in the store! The wrong shirt was sent to me and the Horsham staff helped with an exchange.
The click and collect was super convenient, just a shame the wrong shirt was sent and didn’t have time to exchange it for a different shirt.

Poor customer service head office
Ordered 4 sale items online 3 ok Christmas jumper faulty returned to store assistant extremely helpful phoned customer service as I wanted a replacement but would have to reorder and pay postage therefore meaning I would be paying more for the sale item so I found it easier to take a refund

Good service from Fatface when ordering a sale item online. Was informed it might take a bit longer to dispatch, being in the sale, but it arrived quickly and easy to pick up in store.

Waterproof long line raincoat
i ordered the raincoat online after trying on several in the horsham shop.. the staff were really helpful. I am really pleased with the coat. Fits perfectly but the important thing is it is totally rainproof and the hood is well designed, it doesn't blow off or restrict sight. Good deep pockets. And its long. Ideal for all the dog walking i do.

Well made, comfortable, hardwearing shorts. Like the bchocolate brown and navy colours. Helpful staff when picked up order. Too much plastic packaging though.
