The staff in all stores are always very friendly and helpful
I ordered a size 12 Tasha jacket online but it was too big so I returned it to the Horsham branch. The assistance who dealt with the return was really helpful and friendly. Size 10 was out of stock online but I eventually managed to buy a size 10 at the Haywards Heath store, the assistant who served me there was really helpful and friendly too 😃.

Black melton sandals
I had to reorder my sandals as the first pair were splitting after one use ! I did get a full refund but am disappointed I had to pay for the postage as couldn’t get delivered to my local store at the time as the systems were down - they wouldn’t even order them for me at the store ! Considering the goods were faulty I’m not impressed that I had to pay for this -especially as the product is supposed to be leather .

Best customer service I have received in a very long time! I bought a dress and my friend bought a shirt. The lady in the store was super helpful, chatty and genuine! I love my dress and because of this I will be shopping here again.

Great product, lovely staff in the store.
Aside from the fact that I love my new trousers, the staff the Horsham store (for my click and collect) went out of their way to ensure I was able to pick up before leaving for a trip.
