Fab customer care
My online order arrived quickly but the flip flops were uncomfortable so I returned them in store. Staff were warm, friendly, understanding and there was no issue returning them.

I ordered 2 pairs of ladies shorts…
I ordered 2 pairs of ladies shorts online as click and collect to my local Fatface store to save on carriage. I ordered the 2 different colours thinking I would keep the ones I liked best and return the others but I loved them both, so kept them both. Fat face is my favourite shop for clothes, I love the style and quality. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is why we should shop on the high street. Customer service is as it should be in our Lichfield branch. A fabulous store a great atmosphere and a warm welcome. This store as it all the staff are all so lovely kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Especially the guys who helped me today. It also helps that I love the brand. Great clothes and great service.
I had purchased some very nice summer shorts and shirts online. A couple of items I did not want to keep, so I returned them to my local store in Lichfield. The staff there were very helpful in getting me an exchange for a smaller size shirt and refunding me for the items I did not want.
I am very pleased with my purchases and with how the staff sorted out my returns without any fuss.

What's not to love
I love Fat face. Always an excellent service. From ordering to returns.
I'm lucky enough to have a store nearby too and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Quality of product is high so it's always my first go to store. I'm happy to highly recommend to all.

I had ordered jeans online which didn’t fit, returned to the shop, where staff were really helpful.
Ordered another pair of jeans in bigger size as didn’t have in store, fit perfectly, and were unexpectedly in the sale. Very pleased

Need an in-between size
Love the trousers but they are slightly baggy in the leg. 10 was too tight in the waist the leg were great. Ordered a 12 the waist is great but legs are slightly to baggy.

Attentive customer service.
Pleasant and attractive store interior. Attentive service from each of the two assistants - which is a 'must' in my estimation, as a potential customer. Quality clothing but esp. sock sizeing! There's not too may outlets (store or on-line) where you can buy mens socks in a UK size of 9.5 - 11. So I bought three pairs of quality cotton socks - and may be back for more!
