Pleasant woman behind the till retrieved my parcel. Love my new sweater. I’d spotted it earlier in the year and was delighted to purchase it in the sale. No doubt I’ll have this item for years to come.

I bought a long sleeved Henley t-shirt in large tall
For my husband ,who is 6ft 7 ins . Its a great fit and lovely that we were able to get something off the peg that fitted him. More tall things please ...long legs as well ...P J bottoms would be good too , thankyou.

Bad weather prevented my order getting through for collection at shop so staff posted it on to me. Excellent service and excellent socks

I loved the items and the staff were very pleasant and helpful; one item was a parcel I picked up having pre-ordered it and it was well wrapped (easy to return if it had been necessary) and prompt.

I ordered a shirt for click and collect at my local store and received a text when it was ready to collect. I ordered my usual size which was much baggier than usual but I like the style so will keep it.

I wanted to buy a T shirt, standard stock item, for my husband together with a shirt for his birthday. I purchased the shirt from the Morpeth branch but they were out of stock of the T shirt, but looked up the item for me and said it was expected in soon so I called back in 2 weeks later but still not in.
I live 20 miles away from the shops so couldn't keep popping in. I ordered the T shirt on line to be collected from the Alnwick store and was given a date the following week to collect. I went the day after it was expected to find it hadn't arrived but they were expecting a delivery that morning ( so couldn't have been there the day before as agreed) The delivery did arrive but I had to wait around for a couple of hours for it.
The delivery system definitely needs improvement, especially as we live in a rural area and have to make specific journeys to collect goods, but I have to say the staff in both the Morpeth and the Alnwick branches were very polite and helpful and can only work with what they are given.

Easy to order ready to collect on day and time stated happy with purchase

Always go to Morpeth a lovely store ( like a little boutique) the staff are lovely , on hand to help and very courteous.
On line order arrived quickly, returns process and refund easy .

Ordered online as could not find my size instore, infor from main depot etc great , explaining I would recieve an email from the store when items had arrived , however , had to sent an enquiry to customer services when had not received any info from store after being informed it had been dispatched from main depot, they got back to me within 48hrs as per , to say it had been delivered to the store on the Tues then recieved an email from the store to say it was ready to collect on Thurs 🙄🙄........

Clothes are such good quality and the staff at fat face shop are so helpful

I was looking for a cardigan in a certain colour. my usual store didn't have any so the assistant checked to see if they had one on-line. she was able to order one for me and it was posted to my home address free of charge.
