Ordering process and delivery to store excellent as always. The shorts themselves were good quality but just a bit too small. My normal size 10 were out of stock online, but after reading other reviews I took a chance on the size 8, but decided against keeping them.

I highly rate fatface clothing but was dissapointed after my visit to the Reading store today. I bought a couple of items at the til but the person serving had a completely blank attitude when serving. It was rude. I hope other shoppers are treated better. I am very happy with the items I purchased though.

Great Customer Service
Great new stock has arrived since I was there last time. So spoilt for choice today with summery things. I am disabled and it was lovely that shop staff Lucy was great helping me by reaching and bringing me clothes in my chosen sizes and when I wanted to try other ones she saved my energy. Teresa was brilliant sorting an order for a top I like in a different colour in addition to the 3 I got today in the shop. I struggle physically and mentally and she was so patient, helpful, friendly and professional. The disabled fitting room was good with my walker too and they offered my Husband a seat to rest while I was in there. They have always been supportive if I need him to help me inside the changing cubicle which not all other shops support when they should. Super customer service thank you Reading Fatface Team xx

Great stuff and great peeps at customer service.
Great clothes and fantastic customer service. Had issues with delivery and was all sorted by great customer service. Now having clothes delivered directly to store to over come the delivery company issues and the staff there are wonderful too.
Love my new jeans Katrine, so good I bought another pair!

Lovely shopping experience
Lovely friendly staff, attentive when needed and no pressure.
Shop looked great and items/sizes were easy to find. Came back a few days later to buy more!
