Ashley in Fatface Reading was so helpful to me on Saturday April 30th. I wanted a bag; Ashley found all of the bags in the shop in the storeroom, having looked on the website with me to determine which style I liked. The Reading branch of Fatface is wonderful! Having lived under a rock for years and only finding Fatface last week, I am delighted! The staff are truly amazing- helpful, friendly and not pushy!
