All went smoothly
Easy to order on line and they were at the store on the correct day. The sales lady found my parcel quickly and handed it to me with a smile.
Also the products fitted and were as described.

Great shirts as usual
Great shirts as usual, lovely fit and quality, delivery was a bit disappointing as when ordered, pick up next day was offered but they took a further 4 days to arrive.

Purchased a dress which was too big so ordered the smaller size which was available for collection the next day.
Easy exchange with no quibbles.
Smaller size fits perfectly and now the creases have dropped, is perfect.

The quality of the clothes I ordered are excellent, and are comfortable and stylish.
The size charts and description of the products were so helpful in making the correct choice of sizes that I did not have to return anything.
My order came exactly when I requested with no delay. I also appreciated the environmentally friendly packaging.

British quality you can't beat!
Bought a Jacket, quality is really incredible, you can't get British quality like this anywhere else for such a great price. A lot of thought and effort goes into FatFace designs.

Excellent customer service from Ringwood Fatface
Excellent customer service from Ringwood Fatface. I was unable to visit on Friday so telephoned to ask if a particular item was in stock. The young lady told me they had one and she would put it aside until close of business the next day. I called in today, tried the item on and bought it. Great customer service that they were able to do that.

Collection - Could be better.
Ordering was very straight forward I ordered to store, but did not receive a notification that my order was ready to pickup in store, which was slightly annoying. Had to make the journey to store not knowing if my order was ready to collect.
A text to me would have been most welcome to say ready to collect.
