Tried on in store first, but sizing wasn't right, the staff looked where they might have it in stock, staff always go above and beyond in fatface. When none in stock locally he informed me to order online, where it was in stock.

No communication
After two visits to the store to collect order I was told it wasn’t there. After 20 days and no notifications I emailed customer services. They told me my order was in store and apologised for not being contacted.
