Quality & Service
The staff in store are always helpful and friendly. My closest store is 50 miles round trip away so being able to order and have free delivery to a Next store makes it so easy. Delivery 1 - 2 days. Email updates.
The top I purchased is well made and different styles in other shops. It fits well I would say true to size. Thick material. Puchased on sale. Very happy.

Good value in the sale
My coat which I bought in the sale, arrived as requested to our local shop which saved postage charge. It was originally £140 but I bought it for £65 which was a much fairer price.
The coat is well made and the lines in the check material are all lined up, which is a must, so I was very happy about that.

I saw this outfit online and was able to order for collection at a local store where I tried it on. All very efficient and lovely, helpful staff in store.

Friendly Fat Face Staff
I just feel the need to review the Rugby store as they are such pleasant staff. I had wanted a blouse that had gone into the sale and the staff had told me to keep trying to get online. It finally came back into stock and I ordered to store. Tried it on and fitted perfectly. Always very accommodating and friendly.
