Ordered online to store, came very quickly, pick up from store was straightforward and quick.
The jeans I ordered were of good quality and exactly what they looked like on the photos.

I ordered online. You sent wrong size, label did not match with size of slippers. I took them into shop. Wasn't allowed to get right size. Had to return via royal mail

Karen from the Rugby (Elliot’s Field store) was incredibly helpful during my shopping experience yesterday. Not only was she a friendly face to greet me and give me the space to shop, but was also pleasant to chat to. Karen went above and beyond to find a pair of the Violet Vegan Leather boots in my size within the store as well and I noted she was really knowledgeable about the current product offering. I now have some incredibly comfy jeans, perfect boots for the autumn, gold stackable necklace and been a present for my partner; all are to a high quality and standard. I’d come back for the customer service alone!

Karen the personal shopper at Rugby was fantastic. I hate shopping and she knew what would suit me. Very pleasant experience!!

While trying to find a longer pair of jeans in my size I was asked by a member of staff if I needed any help. She went to check the stock room and returned with 2 options. Rhian was very polite and helpful.

Super FatFace plenty of choice for all ages especially men’s and boys which I shop for a lot for my family. Always super helpful staff which is why I go back to this branch over and over again. I’m always spoil it for choice in the ladies department just wish some of the prices hadn’t risen so much so I could buy more!

I bought items for my grandson online. Arrived very quickly, excellent quality as always. Unfortunately my daughter and I had duplicated our choices so I returned two items and exchanged them at a shop. I have an eye condition and struggle with the small print on the labels, very helpful assistant who took time to help me and show me various alternatives I could purchase. Again, excellent products and my grandson loves them.

friendly yet professional staff, good value for money

The staff were warm and welcoming to the store, nothing was to much trouble. I tried on numerous clothes, and Karen was so helpful getting other options from the shop floor. She was warm, friendly, kind and giving great advice. It was probably the best service that I have every received in any store ever. The other members of the staff were fantastic, but sadly didn’t catch their name. The store was well organised, efficient, excellent stock available and didn’t have to wait long to paid

Karen took care of my elderly hubby. Seating him and chatting to him when she could between looking after customers. This left me free to browse the shop. Then helped with advice on my choices and took us to the till and served us so we didn’t have to stand for a long period of time.
