In preparation for the potential colder months ahead! I ordered a jumper online in 2 sizes for collection from the Rushden Lakes store. Item arrived when they said it would. staff were very friendly and helpful in finding the item, allowing me to try them on in store and immediately arrange for the return of the item that I didn't need. Will definitely use again

I always love.shoppong in FatFace Rushden
I always love shopping in FatFace... The clothes this year are especially lovely, and are always great quality.
The most notable thimg for me, is that every time I go to this store the staff are always happy and welcoming. Today my friend and I were helped by Christine, for whom nothing was too much bother. Another first class.FatFace experience with special thanks to Christine 😊

I had ordered three items of clothing , one wasn’t a suttable fit the other two items were classed as faulty. The young lady in the store was really helpful and apologetic she even search to see if the two faulty items Could be replaced . I was disappointed that as the two faulty items I had planned to keep . Delivery of their items is always quick and in the 20 + years I’ve been buying stuff from fat face this is the first time there has been a quality issue.

Great fit, lovely materials, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff
I like shopping at Fat Face because the clothes look good and are comfortable. The materials feel nice, too. The prices are reasonable. And, the staff are always friendly and super helpful.
