I ordered 2 items, unfortunately 1 didn't suit so I took it back to Sidmouth for a refund. The staff there are first class and I ended up buying another item.

Brilliant service
Like the fact we can click and collect locally. Would give their frequent sales a first class rating. Love their selection of boots and coats. My number one shop at the moment.

Excellent service in Sidmouth Fat Face…
Excellent service in Sidmouth Fat Face by Dylan. I chose a top in my size and wanted a pair of Chinos to go with it but my size was not on show. Dylan tried to order for me but was unable to as there were fewer than 10 pairs in stock.
But he showed me how I could order for myself. That resulted in a £3.95 delivery charge, so I pulled a face. Dylan checked and told me if I could increase the order to £50 somehow, delivery would be free, so I added the Top and it was. And it gets better. Part way through I noticed a 15% discount if I joined, so I did. So I got the same trousers and top that I could have got in store, delivered to my home for £16.20 less - result! I was very grateful to Dylan for his help and his patience. Without that I probably wouldn't have bothered with the order and have left the store with nothing. Instead it was a case of Fat Face and Customer, WIN WIN, all thanks to Dylan.
