Great service from Lauren.
Called into FatFace, Skipton, a few weeks ago to by some jeans and a top. Lauren, the attendant, was absolutely delightful and made our shopping experience a real pleasure. We love the quality of the clothing and had previously ordered one particular top online but decided, after trying one in store, to go for a smaller size. Lauren suggested we call back with the top and she would exchange it for the smaller size needed.
When we returned, a few weeks later not only did she remember us but exchanged the top without hesitation. We are very happy customers and have to say Lauren is a credit to this company. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent service today. I spoke with Lauren while putting my holiday wardrobe together and she was most helpful. I much prefer shopping on the high street to online.

Excellent customer service at Skipton Fat Face. I had a complicated return to do and the store manager was very helpful and sorted everything out.
I have been going to this store for years and always found it to be a lovely shop with very friendly staff.

The staff at Skipton store can’t do enough for their customers, very friendly and helpful with a smile.

Great service online and in the shop…
Great service online and in the shop and excellent quality products. Communication was good as I was awaiting the order. I marked it down by 1* as it is quite expensive. I know that it is environmentally and ethically a sound company but it is so much more expensive to try and be environmentally friendly and I always feel this is a shame. Many people would like to shop ethically but are hindered by the high prices. I did like the fact that the company planted a tree for shopping with them though.

Great staff at the Skipton store
I usually buy in-store but they didn't stock items I wanted so I mail ordered the 3 items. Usual FatFace quality and helpful staff for 'Collection from store' facility. When I had to return one of the three items - too large - the in-store refund was easy. Service with a smile is what we always experience at the Skipton store.
