Fast, efficient service; great product
I bought pyjamas as a gift-I am delighted with the quality. I ordered on line for an in-store pick up; communication throughout was exemplary and staff in the store was charming and efficient.

I bought quite a pretty dress
I bought quite a pretty dress but the material was really thin and unfortunately the dress did not suit me so I returned it.

Perfect Customer Service
The customer service from Fat Face is fantastic. I returned a lovely jacket that I bought online because it wasn't quite the colour I wanted. The refund was processed in the Tunbridge Wells store very quickly and my postage refunded. I will definitely be buying more from this store.
