The delivery into store service is very poor.
Ordered on line and it took 6 days to reach the store.
Admittedly some of the days were over the weekend but I believe such an iconic brand should fulfil deliveries faster

Wren waterproof coat
I had ordered 2 sizes for the wren waterproof coat. I wasn’t sure which would be the best fit. Tried them on and picked the sized one I wanted. Staff were very helpful and refunded the other one with no problems. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Very pleased with my sale purchase.

Whiteley store where I found the staff were efficient, helpful & friendly There was a good selection of stock in-store, I bought a nice top, (lovely soft cotton) & also bagged some great sale items. including kids clothes. I prefer to invest in quality, that look & feel good on My experience is that Fatface garments also washwell too.

Discounts only online…
The ability to try on my coat at the local retail store, then buy online to take advantage of a 10% discount was very good. That the store could not or would not match the online discount, not so much. I would have preferred to buy in store to support my local shops. Having said that, the coat was well made, great quality and comfortable and arrived quickly.

A good selection of clothes for different adventures. The company has always had good quality & styles that lasts. Easy website to use. Shame some local stores had to close, like Southsea. Nice size store, plenty of clothes for women, but definitely not for men. Needs to improve for us men.
