Great, fast, friendly service

I had bought a top online and was too small. I was visiting Whitstable. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a very friendly member of staff. Who sorted out a refund and said to try on a smaller size then ordered and had the new top sent to my address. It was a joy to shop on the high street, able to try on and visually see the clothes. Great help and lovely quality clothes.

Easy to order my size online, helpful staff in store! Had my purchases delivered to my local store, quick delivery, pleased with my purchases!

The staff are always friendly and super helpful. The manager, Celeste, really gets to know her customers, which makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. She knows exactly what I am looking for and I always leave happy with my purchases.

I bought a floating bloom purse on line, and my daughter purchased a matching mini crossover floating bloom bag in Whitstable FatFace for me, both in the sale. I have been in hospital and then a Care Home since 11 July 2022 and had just come home

Our family shop at FatFace primarily for clothes, gifts and accessories and mostly in the Sales.

The staff are 100% wonderful and I cannot praise them enough. Kind, friendly, caring and so very helpful, checking on stock availability and sizing, and making suggestions if necessary. Above and beyond every time. Nothing is too much trouble. We are always satisfied with our items when we leave the shop.

Thank you so much. The purse and bag are just beautiful and stylish and the colour and design very pretty. They replace both the bag/purse I was using which either had a split which spilled coins (purse) or a broken strap (bag). Thank you, cheered me up when I have been unwell. JB

On holiday in Whitstable, Kent. Stopped at local FatFace store. Bought a hedgehog handwarmer for my daughter as it looks like a little mouse and as she has a cat I think it will make a nice toy - service good and friendly liked the clothes stocked and the friiend with me bought some smart trousers.

Excellent patient service booking item online. Friendly. Will definitely go back to Whitstable branch.

The lady in my local Fat Face in Whitstable was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble! Full marks for customer service.

Visted the Whitstable store on Saturday 23rd July - what a lovely experience. Cheerful and helpful staff who took an interest in what I wanted. No hard sell or being pushed into buying, but on hand to answer questions and assist. It was a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

Always very friendly and helpful staff. I recently visited my local store in Whitstable and wanted to use an e gift card to make my purchases. Unfortunately I struggled to use it but the staff tried every possible way to help and eventually we managed. They were so patient and helpful and I love my new clothes.
