How can you get it so wrong !!
Ordered bracelet and it was delivered to a completely different postcode to the one on the order. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. Customer services very difficult to get hold of.

Took a while to arrive but as they say...good things come to those who wait. This bracelet is a gem. Wished I’d ordered two or theee. Good quality. Dries quick. Black in black paracord version. Buy one.

Will my bracelet ever arrive?
I ordered a bracelet as a birthday gift for someone on July 22nd. I have yet to receive it. I live in Ireland but was home in Canada for a few weeks so decided to have it shipped there as their shipping estimate states 1-3 weeks. I emailed them 2 weeks after I received an email saying it was dispatched asking how much longer as I needed it before a certain date. The answer I got was "email us if you haven't received it within 40 calendar days from dispatch". Really?? What kind of customer service is that?
There was no action on the tracking website either. Not since July 26th.
I returned to Ireland without the bracelet and very annoyed that I'd have to have it shipped here when it arrived in Canada. Not to mention my gift was ruined as I had no bracelet to give my boyfriend for his birthday. I emailed again after 40 calendar days and they responded with "it seems your parcel was lost in the mail". Could they not have told me that when I emailed them weeks ago!?
Terrible customer service and a measly apology.
The only good thing is that they are mailing a new one to my home in Ireland.
When it states 1-3 weeks for delivery it should come within that time frame. It's been 6 weeks since I've ordered it. How hard is it to mail a bracelet?
Never again will I order from Fathom or recommend it to anyone I know. Not unless they like waiting months for it.
