Vanished off the face of the earth owing people hundreds

I ordered a clothes dryer from Fatlolly. I received a confirmation email with no delivery date, or estimated delivery date. After a couple of weeks the dryer had not been delivered and I tried to contact them, but received no reply. After a few more weeks I raised a fraudulent claim with my credit card company. I do not recommend Fatlolly.

I have ordered a few times with these guys and all arrived OK big items and small items

I did order a washing machine one time which ended up faulty but the company arranged for a courier to collect and a replacement was sent

Do NOT buy from this site it is a scam site - I am having to try to get my money back for goods I thought I had bought from Fatlolly. The company address is bogus - the payment goes to a Birmingham postcode!
BEWARE. This is a fraud set up!

If you go on the official site , you will be able to work out these are very clever conmen / women . Also there is no official address given on the any trading information acts that companies are required to do , plz people don’t be fooled I took a chance ordering and it backfired on me , don’t let the same happen to you

Very bad customer service or should I say non existent customer service
It started of with not receiving a confirmation email after purchase so therefore there was no Oder number or reference of the purchase
Item was delivered fast so that was good BUT the item was faulty
I tried emailing , no one ever responded not good
Now I’m sitting on a food processor that doesn’t work and wasted my money
Im disappointed ☹️
