i cant find your website anymore, i paid. this is real big scam. where is pslides.com now?? i need your help. this is not friendly.

Purchased a monthly membership a few days ago. However, the site has been down for almost 24 hours now (June 9-10, 2023). Completely unacceptable.

Was unable to download anything or validate account as verification emails never arrived- whereas the survey for feedback came straight through!

I never received a verification email so that I could download the product I signed up for. I've requested it 3 times and checked spam, promotions, social... anywhere gmail lets me view emails. Had to find another service.

It was one-stop shopping for so many different visual options and templates to enhance our presentations. It was well worth the cost.

Never received the registration link. Nor it wasn't even in the spam folder. I tried to renew the registration but same result.

Graphic options on site are easy to identify and aid in decision to use this site. Thank you

I never received the confirmation email and then didn't receive any message from customer service when I sent a message. This is the first message I received and so I would have to say that this is NOT a positive experience.

Found some templates that were perfect for my application. Easy to edit. Were reasonably priced. Very happy

Simple and easy to use, great base slides to work with -

V nice and reduces manual effort of preparing PPT

Paid twice to get a 24 hour pass. Couldn’t get access, when I contacted P slides was just sent a link for the log in screen, without the problem being addressed. Have paid over £40 with nothing to show for it as yet.

Expensive for services that charge the same for downloading one slide or nineteen if they are part of the same product.

Excellent slides. You could make us to pay for each one instead of time license. It would be great for casual users!!

I purchased a life-time membership a few years ago and now I can't log-in anymore. I've tried to reset my password, but I never get the email link to do so. I've sent messages to customer service regarding the issue, and I never get a response. There is no email or customer service phone number, which is a red flag. I just want to be able to access what I paid for.

Find you overpriced in comparison to other companies. I'm sure for corporate companies (which is I am sure your target market), it is competitive. However for independent/ start up companies especially in the current climate, there are alternative, cheaper or even free, options..

I needed a graphic for an important presentation. Quickly. So I signed up for 3 months of service, assuming I might need more such graphics soon. I’ve only downloaded 1 template thus far and it was awesome. Compliments flew from my colleagues. I probably shouldn’t have told them I got it from pslicdes ... lol

In short, good value for the money!
