Quick & easy. I used Apple Pay which I was unsure would be available so that was a bonus. Confirmation came through immediately & tickets able to save straight away too.

Why additional charge per ticket?

It was easy to get and buy tickets but I really don't understand why its necessary to charge an extra £2.50 per ticket.. a bit cheeky when there's next to no additional admin needed for issuing more than one e-ticket in a single sale... so I repeat, a bit cheeky?!?

The process of buying a ticket was…

The process of buying a ticket was seamless. The different ticket categories were clearly stated and there were several options to make payments.
I was able to using my mobile phone.
A reciept was sent to my email and I have the option to check on the app too.

Smooth and enjoyable experience with Fatsoma

I’ve really enjoyed using Fatsoma — the app has a clean, modern design that’s easy on the eyes and simple to navigate. The ticket booking process is quick and straightforward, with everything laid out clearly so you know exactly what you’re getting. It’s great for finding and booking events without any hassle, and the overall user experience feels smooth and reliable. Definitely one of the better platforms for club and festival tickets!

Event never even happened

We paid to go to an event. It was not even on. They cancelled and moved it to another date, issued a ticket for the other date and never arrived of the cancellation.

When we are told an event has been rearranged you should recieve an email letting you know the event has been rearranged. New tickets won't be issued your tickets will be valid for the new date. Easy to use everytime

Bought tickets to two separate events, each with detailed descriptions to the events, and easy to purchase. Confirmation emails with tickets were sent right away. Would purchase again!
