Don’t order from here - use a different boutique
Same as others, placed an order and chose 1-3 days delivery. Over a week later and the order still hasn’t been dispatched. Don’t offer a paid for service that you cannot fulfil. Have previously messaged via the website with no reply. I have emailed today but won’t hold my breath after reading other reviews.

Awful company !! Avoid ordering from here - I spent over £100 on 2 separate orders which neither of them turned up, 2 weeks later i still dont have the items, they dont reply n just blame their delivery company. Dont run a clothing business n sell things on every platform if you cant keep up with posting them but will happily take peoples money.

This company has the worst customer service.
I placed an order on a Monday and paid £8 for next day delivery as it stated in their delivery info page the following -
‘UK Next Day Delivery (Mon-Thurs): Orders have to be submitted before 3pm to receive next day between Monday - Thursday (Excluding Bank
Holidays) £8’
I didn’t have any update by Wednesday so I emailed them. Still not hearing anything that night I dm them on Instagram and posted on their TikTok (which they have now deleted all the comments from customers complaining about their service)
It took me to message them on their TikTok live to receive some kind of response, which was that they don’t do next day delivery. Despite it saying this on their website.. I received a message from the ‘owner’ on TikTok basically arguing with me about the delivery even though it’s written in black and white on their website.
I then received a response Thursday via Instagram stating they don’t do next day. I showed them a screenshot of their website stating what I quoted above. They responded stating they don’t do next day, so instead of actually trying to help me they just argued with me about the delivery despite having proof infront of them.
They then showed a description found at checkout stating express delivery 1-3 days, so they have two completely different delivery descriptions in their website which is misleading.
I then stated I wanted a full refund as they’d already admitted it hadn’t even been dispatched yet, which is disappointing as I really wanted the item, but would rather spend my money elsewhere. When I quoted the distance selling regulations act they agreed to give me a full refund. They have emailed me notifying me that a refund has been issued so I am waiting for this.
They have misleading info on their website, you can never get in contact with anyone and when you do they just argue with you. I had a number of people replying to my message on their TikTok stating similar things have happened to them. Looking at these reviews I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with them. When you do get in contact with someone they argue with you and are passive aggressive. Definitely wouldn’t order from her avoid at all costs.

If I could give this boutique a 0 I would there rude quick enough to take your money but when it comes to asking about your parcel they just don’t reply say there going to reply you have to chase them for even a one word answer I’ve waited 3 weeks for my parcel to be told where it is spend over £100 and I didn’t even want a refund just my parcel to be sent out wouldn’t recommend rude and don’t care

I placed an order via tik tok shop last month, and one item didnt suit me so i sent it back, i am trying to get a refund, they have said 7 working days. they have had my return since 25th october and foe some reason wont send me my refund!!! i have messaged numerous times, they take for ever to come back, i just want my money back! this is theft!!!!

Excellent customer service, I ordered via tik tok live and although the sizing was completely off, I received a prompt reply to my query, and was refunded when I sent back the two playsuits that didn't fit. So overall vgood

Don’t use this company
Ordered 2 items from this company on 15th August, said it would be delivered in between 16th-18th August… checked the tracking details yesterday and my package wasn’t even on the way to me. Went through TikTok to try and get in touch with them and I figured out how to request a refund and I also attached a message saying “where is my order?”… ignoring my message they just approved my refund request. Seems pretty lazy to me that they would rather lose out on some business than to send my order out to me. Don’t recommend this company to be honest.

Appalling customer service! I've never known anything like it. No explanation of delays, no option to cancel an order without emailing them first (you're lucky if you get a reply). I ordered some holiday clothes with 'express' delivery - their website stated order before 3pm for next working day delivery, which I did! 8 days and 2 emails later they finally got dispatched. I never got a response to either of my emails, even though I'd told them I'd ordered for a holiday and needed to know if my items were going to arrive in time. Needless to say they didn't come before I left for the airport so I'm absolutely fuming. No apology either, just a refund of the difference between standard and express shipping. I wasn't bothered about the money, I just wanted my holiday clothes BEFORE my holiday. Judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one this has happened to. I won't be ordering again, that's for sure.

Not worth it
Live on the Isle of Man, ordered over the required for free delivery and still had to pay £30!!! When questioned blamed it on DPD they have put the Isle of Man as part of the EU when we have never been a member! Still no response or refund! I order furniture off dunelm for less. The floaty trousers are really seethrough and everything else is something I could find on a Chinese market.

Really disappointing for this company
Really disappointing for this company. I purchased 2 trousers for the first time. Paid £6 for delivery and it took 12 days to come. Order in the 26th May and received them on the 7th June.
I want to return a pair of trousers as they are see through, but their returns portal won’t allow me and it’s over 14 days. Which I don’t think is fair.
I’ve emailed 3 times now over the course of the week and I’ve had no response. Won’t be purchasing from this company again. Shame, I’m all for supporting small companies but they really lack customer service and just causing me more agg.

Customer Service Is Amazing
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Upon returning my item for a refund, the courier attempted delivery and failed which resulted in some major delays of my return getting back to them. Despite the delays, my refund was provided and during this whole process, my emails were answered in a polite and timely manner.
Would definitely be using FB London again as the quality is amazing and would 100% recommend. Thank you very much.
WORST customer service ever
Bad customer service. States 2-5 working days DELIVERY on website. Ordered on the 25th of march & still hadnt recieved my order on the 4th of april. Only recieved a refund because i escalated things with clearpay. Wouldnt order from them again. I can see not EVERYONE has this expirence with them but way too many do. Hire more staff to take on the work load. Or dont sell clothes you dont currently have in stock

Bad customer service
Such a shame really because I absolutely love the clothes they sell. But everytime I’ve ordered I’ve had nothing but issues. Recently was sent an incorrect item, then when I contacted them I was told to place a return request that I’d have to pay for the return myself and the correct item won’t be sent until I return the incorrect item. All be it they did apologise but it’s just ridiculous. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? Not even wasting my time just keeping the trousers. Do not recommend sadly.
