Ordered for Christmas and my order was cancelled with no email to apologise. I then emailed twice asking when the stock will be available, again no reply. I then ordered over £100 worth of clothes for New Year’s Eve. I paid for express delivery assuming it will come before New Year’s Eve. I then emailed the company to make sure the parcel was dispatched in time and 2 days later they emailed back saying they will get this sent out. It is now New Year’s Eve and I’ve emailed twice asking for an update and still no response! Terrible customer service. Will not be ordering again
Awful, inconsiderate company
Ordered from this company and purchased a bodysuit and a skirt for Christmas Day. When the order came, the skirt was missing so I emailed to ask if it would turn up separately or if it has been missed. I’ve emailed around 5 times and been told that it’s being passed on to other departments and still not hearing anything. It was explained that this was needed for Christmas and there was still no rush to resolve their issues. Quick to take your money but then not give you the proper service. Nothing but a scam. I reached out on every platform they have and they still couldn’t take the time to solve THEIR issue. People like these don’t deserve custom.

I ordered on the 4/11/2022 I still havnt recieved my items, apparently evri has my parcel and has had it since 18/11/2022, there is no way of actually speaking to anybody at evri 😡 I have tried emailing but had no response I have also messaged on a number of occasions, tried contacting TikTok they tell you to communicate with the seller, how when they don’t respond to your emails/ messages, last option today is to request a refund wish me luck

I made an order through there TikTok shop 30th OCTOBER, it is now 14th NOVEMBER, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE!
After MULTIPLE emails through there site, messages on TikTok THEY STILL HAVE NOT REPLIED!
Am I being ripped off?
Customer service seems to be abysmal as they haven't even had the decency to get back to me.

I have been chasing for weeks now
I have been chasing for weeks now, I've received a faulty item which needs a prepaid label to return it. I should not be out of pocket in order to return an item that arrived faulty. Fb London have not responded despite constant attempts to request a prepaid returns label.
Bad customer service
Unfortunately I’ve had issues with this company. I’ve been chasing a replacement item for nearly 4 weeks now and they keep promising to send it then it never comes!

Not great
I ordered a dress which was meant to be one size. I am a size 10 and it was way too small more like a 6 so hardly one size. I returned the dress and have received a refund. Just note. They only refund you the price of the item and not the delivery cost.

Super Fast Delivery & Excellent Coat
My wife bought a coat online from FB London on Tuesday morning and it was delivered the next day. The coat was on Special Offer and £20 cheaper than the same style of coat being sold on Amazon. The packaging was good and the coat is amazing plus delivery was really quick. My wife is delighted with her new coat and we would not hesitate to buy from FB London again (January 2022). 5 Stars Excellent

After I ordered I had a email on the 15.10.21 saying it would be delivered on 18.10.21, I never received anything so chased and they blamed the currier saying they’d forgot to pick my up parcel and it would be delivered next day when I received my parcel on the 19.10.21 it said on the front it was posted with next day shipping so clearly hadn’t shipped in the first place.
When I opened my parcel, I was sent the ruched tracksuit in the wrong size, it had no labels on it and was faulty. I emailed them straight away saying it was faulty and I’d like a exchange. I never heard anything back so messaged on Instagram on the 26.10.21, they messaged me back within a few hours asking for more photos. I chased them on the 27th and 29th. I had a reply back on the 29.10.21 I told them it was faulty etc and I’d like a exchanged which they agreed to and as it states on the website they will pay for postage back however she had to check with the manager for wether to send me the money for postage so it could be exchanged! I messaged 9.11.21, 10.11.21, 11.11.21 I finally had a reply back on Friday 12.11.21 asking for proof of sent it back as they have some to still process other parcels. I sent the proof straight away it showed they had signed for it and that it was delivered on 8.11.21 at 11:49am. It’s now Sunday 14.11.21 still not received anything, a reply or a refund.
Impossible to get hold of! Wouldn’t recommend at all!

I placed an order yesterday and payed next day delivery, still no sign of my parcel and it’s status is still at ‘order placed’. £8 next day delivery wasted.
Fraud company. Charge your card but dont send clothes
Fraud company. Save yourself the trouble. I ordered $500 worth of clothes and they just took my money and never sent anything. They ignore your emails and instagram as well. No tracking number or anything. I have a claim against them. Hopefully they learn their lesson than to scam their own customers.
