Terrible
Ordered the balance beam in November.
Didn’t come with all of the hardware.
It is now February and I still haven’t received all of the hardware. Ended up having to go buy the hardware elsewhere

Air track - excellent product
Ordered an Air track, arrived promptly and well packaged. Daughter was delighted with it. Highly recommend the this company and the air track which super sturdy and endless hours of fun on it.

Fab product. Meh service
Great Product. Fantastic Quality. Great Price. Would 100% recommend. However, i had several issues during the process of receiving my parcels. The first issue was a product that i brought had horrible yellow moldy stains on as if it wasn't stored correctly in the warehouse. They said they would not replace it as it was a pain to send back.However, did offer a partial refund to which i never received. The second issue was my 6m air track…. This was stuck in customs for an entire month due to fbsport not providing the correct paperwork. I was then a month later called up by customs to ask what the weight of my parcel was. 2 days later i was then charged £35 so i could receive my parcel. This was irritating as i may aswell have bought the air floor for a little bit extra with these unknown added charges…. However, FBSport did pay half towards this as an apology which i appreciated but it realistically should've been the full amount due to their error. In conclusion…. The product itself is brilliant! Just be prepared for the long wait.

As for the partial refund, sorry that we forgot that. We were concentrating on the customs issue. The partial refund will be issued right away.
Given that the parcel was shipped from Germany to the UK, customs duty sometimes happens. And customs clearance could be a pain in the ass. We were just as frustrated as you are.
Your input about the partial refund and customs charges is invaluable, and we’re actively working to improve our processes to prevent these situations in the future. We want to ensure every part of the FB-Sport experience matches the quality of our products.

New airtrack
I recently bought an airtrack for my daughter. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, one of the seams turned out to be damaged, causing air to leak continuously. After reporting this to FB Sports, I received a new airtrack the same week. Although it was in a different color, my daughter didn't mind. So, nothing but praise for this company. Excellent service, quick response, solution and shipment --> 5 stars!

Amazing Company with Genuine Customer Service
This Company is truly great! I had my paddle board for about a year, when unfortunately the center handle (which you use to carry, get back up, just all around important) ripped out. I contacted FBsports to see if they had any tips on how to repair this cause I was not having any luck with the repair kit. They responded very quickly and offered to send me a totally new board and all I had to do was pay for shipping. They were able to get my new board to me in a week of my first communication with them. This level of service was amazing and I am definitely going to a be a customer for life and a spokesperson for the brand.

Phenomenal experience!
This company is absolutely phenomenal! We received our paddle boards as a Christmas gift. We just had the opportunity to unpack them and use them for the first time. One of our paddle boards tore at the seam. We were so devastated. We contacted the company and they came through with flying colors! We had a brand new paddle board in
4 days!!!!!!! They were quick to respond to our email. They were apologetic and very willing to assist us with our issue. We would give them a 10 star rating if we could! Hands down the best experience ever! Highly recommend this company! Thank you!.
