Great size but bad rubber quality
I recently bought the 4 x 2 meter AirTrack from FB-Sport as a Christmas gift for our daughter. The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was prompt. The dimensions of the AirTrack are perfect, and it inflates quickly to its 20 cm thickness. Our daughter thoroughly enjoys using it.
However, upon unpacking, I noticed deep dents, almost resembling small holes, along the entire 4-meter length where the AirTrack had been folded. While I haven't confirmed any air loss yet, the appearance of these dents raises doubts about its long-term durability. I am concerned about the quality of the product.
I took pictures of the dents and reached out to FB-Sport's support for a replacement due to the concerns about potential air leakage. Initially, there was no response, but after a friendly reminder, I was informed that the dents were a result of folding during packing and should not affect functionality. Despite this assurance, I worry that the quality of the rubber may lead to future issues, especially with repeated folding after its use.
Regrettably, no replacement was offered, even after requesting one. This experience has left me with reservations about the overall quality of FB-Sport's AirTrack. While the dimensions and utility of the product are fantastic, the apparent low quality of the rubber and the lack of a replacement option make it difficult for me to recommend FB-Sport to others. I fear that, although the issues may not be immediately apparent, the product might lose air through these dents after further use, potentially outside the warranty period.

my first inflatable
my first inflatable! I cant believe how solid and firm the SUP is. Feels like my NuCanoe fishing SUP. I sold it, cause of a shoulder operation gone bad. Getting a whole new shoulder in a few weeks, bought this on sale. Blew it up, was surprised how firm it was. I will be on it, on water, in the spring!

The SUP quality is good
The SUP quality is good. Easy set up but it's just reallt huge bag and take most of the space in my trunk. Although it came with a broken gauge, and had a few exchanges with their Customer Support, it took a while before they finally get to replace it. Hopefully it lasts long. Overall, I'm satisfied. Would have been 5 stars if the gauge is not broken.
