Stay away from this site. I wish I'd read the reviews before I booked. You think you're getting a deal only to find out that was just a stand by fare and to get a guaranteed it will cost you significantly more. Never again

100% scam. They offer you several sets of flights, each with a specific departure and return time, with different airlines... And the round-trip price is noted. You select, pay and receive confirmation. THEN they email you to call them. They say I can get you on that flight but it'll be an extra $360. Different flight? Only extra $200. Oh you and husband want to fly on the same day? Gonna cost you extra extra! Nightmare. Don't do it!

These people sold me a booking number for a flight. Then they told me it was on hold. They said they called me. they did not. I call them. They gave me 3 options in bad English. They wanted more money--that's for sure. I lost my trip. I called Bank of America. They have not charged the flight. Thank God. I'm still in waiting. Horrible experience. I will contact an airline directly better. They destroyed my trip.

They stole my $1500. Money I had to purchase more tickets. Do not fall for this scam

For the first and last time I booked a cheap flight on FBC travel. The website would not allow me to add luggage. I call their customer service and spoke with a representative. I asked why I was unable to add to my flight he said I booked a special that it says it before booking, I wouldn’t have purchased such tickets. After what seemed to be for ever he assisted me in upgrading my flight and told me I was now able to upgrade. I go online I’m unable to upgrade, I called Delta for assistance I told I paid $710.00 for two one way tickets. Delta said I only paid $470.00. FBC travels lied to me and overcharged. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone.

These people are clearly scammers! SCAM SCAM SCAM! Don’t give them any card information, because they will threaten you not to refund your payment. They change the price of the booking and then threaten to not pay you back

They advertise a very low Premium Economy price to entice you to make a reservation and pay for your ticket. However, it is not immediately booked with the airline. In my case, I was told my reservation made (and paid for) on April 22nd will not be confirmed until July! (the international flight is in October). This is due to something called a "Flex ticket"which allows them to do whatever they want. Including selling to a more expensive ticket or downgrading to coach. I was also told there are on only three seats left. However, upon checking with the airline there are only a few seats sold!Of course there is no cancellation allowed. Since they have not replied to my email request to either be immediately booked or issued a refund, I have submitted a dispute with my credit card bank. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I have filed a complaint with my state's Attorney General and suggest everyone that has been scammed by this company do the same.

I sincerely hope others read these reviews before booking with this company. This is definitely a complete "bait-and-switch" company. I take responsibility for not checking Google reviews first, as I usually do, but I was in a rush due to an urgent travel need.
Every reviewer who mentioned receiving an ‘urgent message,’ being unable to get a refund, and being asked to pay more to make changes is absolutely correct—that was my exact experience. RUN, don't walk, away from this company. If it seems to good to be true, IT IS!

Absolute "bait and switch". Required I call them only to get a "song and dance" story about an oversold ticket, etc. Demanded a refund and they would not comply. After multiple backs and forth and conformation steps I have a ticket the same price as Kayak, Expedia or directly with the airline. Absolute scam. Run from these people and check your bank statement.

I feel taking advantage of because I thought I have a good deal but everything i read about other people experiences with them i can see why and I wish I had been more careful

I would put a minus five if I could. This is a typical bait and switch scam. I booked a round trip flight and thought it was a done deal. Later that evening my phone and email blows up with FBC agents saying it was urgent I contact them. Which I did. They informed me the flight I booked was a flexible booking subject to cancelations and rescheduling. It does note on their website that some of the flights are subject to this but does not specify which ones. Obviously so they can contact you later an extort more money from you. It ended up being three times the amount I originally paid for. Since I took the risk of a non refundable booking I was not able to get my money back. I hope they enjoy it, because that is the last dime I will ever spend with them.

The service was HORRIBLE, I’m trying to resolve a problem & all they kept mentioning was a feedback survey, instead of trying to help me resolve the problem. I’m trying to figure out how can i get a refund & they hung up on me. I’m still waiting for a cancellation email that they said only takes 5 mins. & I’ve been waiting over a hour for it. I find the people very rude & only worried about themselves. I already received 2 emails about feedback survey.

They are scammers. Do not book with them. They will try to take out more money out of you. They do not book you. It will appear as if you booked by sending the confirmation to your email then email you to call them to finish the reservation, but it's all lies. This company should shut down and be investigated.

Booked a flight for 2, they contacted me saying they can't get me on the flight I booked for so I had to switch flights and charged me the full amount again. So double the price.. not refundable. instead it being $1200 for 2 tickets turned into $2500.. DONT USE THIS SITE FOR PURCHASE. complete scammers..

Scam. Bait and switch scam. Beware. They say that this is for a “promotional “ ticket and requires you to pay extra after you have paid.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this website. After making the payment, I received a confirmation code and expected to receive my flight ticket within the promised time, but by the next morning, no ticket had been issued.

When I contacted customer support, instead of resolving the issue, they told me I needed to pay more money, even though no additional charges were mentioned initially.

Moreover, they refused to issue the ticket and also refused to provide a refund. Only after I threatened to contact my bank and take legal action did they finally process my refund.

This raises serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of this service. It felt like after taking payment, they tried to pressure me into making additional payments without fulfilling their obligations.

I do not recommend using this website and strongly advise others to be very cautious.

Don't do it!!! No matter how cheap the flight may be. It's non-refundable, they will inform you they are overbooked and you have to upgrade to keep your flight. And if you "upgrade" you're out more money than you would be if you booked from a reputable site.

Very very very big scammers, don’t book a ticket ever here as they call the customer after booking when customer has already paid for the ticket and says because our ticket was 50% off ( which is completely false) there are some restrictions with it like you are not allowed to carry any check in or carry on baggage even if customer is willing to pay at the counter because of the policy with ticket also the worst part airline can decline the boarding any time And if you cancel if within 5 minutes of booking you want to cancel you will lose all the money.

This company contacted me right after booking a flight for 200 dollars and said it was a restricted flight and I cannot carry any luggage and if I wanted to carry luggage it would be an additional 350 dollars... and I could not cancel the flight.. contacted united airlines and gave them reservation number and they said they do not have a flight under my name and number..they have been calling me non stop since tryin to get me to pay the additional money... scam if you ask me

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Book round trip tickets I was excited at first because I got it for cheap but then they called me and told me lots of stuff that’s ruin my trip saying need change the day or time and I need to pay more money I said I am not willing to pay because I already bought the round trip ticket why I should pay more and why switch the day and told me that I can only fly one way???
