SCAM!!! U buy the ticket for a cheap price and then they call you and say u can’t bring luggage and it’s nonrefundable so you’re basically forced to upgrade and it’s a lot more than a regular flight somewhere else. F ing scammers!

They bait and switch....they said we had to be able to fly a different week and different location but if we gave another 2600 dollars we can have the tickets we bought....after we bought and they called over and over but we were at church....once they talked to us....the first thing they asked....did you read the fine print?? Disgusting company that I will try my best to protect others from and hopefully get shut down

Totally scam. Will not recommend unless you want to end up paying more . First they denied issuing the tickets after booking the flight for the price it was showing on there website for the economy flight saying it was a promotional price then later they as advised to upgrade to ‘main cabin’ to travel on same date which I did paying double the price and ultimately they reserved economy class by taking additional upgrade fees . After that no response from them

This is a terrible and scam company. They took my credit card details and booked through their credit card, and then called me asking for extra money for baggage purposes. When I declined, they cancelled my ticket, and now I got charged for my cancelled ticket. This is a clear case of scam. I don’t know how this company is operating, and I can’t do anything. My money is gone.

Horrible scam! This is a lie. I bought what seemed to be a ticket online. Did not receive any ticket. The next day, a representative called me and I found out that what I thought I was buying is not at all what it is in reality. They did not send a ticket and when I spoke with the representative, they could not guarantee any of the elements presented when I bought the ticket: the dates were not available, the airports would change. If I wanted to travel the dates that were presented to me at the time of purchase, I would have to pay an extra 600 dollars. They took my money and did not provide the product they were selling. This is a huge scam. I asked the representative to refund me, all she could do was to read a script.
Two days later, I still have no ticket  but a lying email talking about unsuccessful attempts to contact me. 

Do not use these people! It's a total scam. Gave me a date of a week later then I actually booked for my uncle which put him flying after his vacation which means he couldn't fly and I lost my money because he couldn't fly. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Lied to me and tried to up-sell.
After booking my flight, I was called by a sales person, seeming to try to intimidate me into paying for an upgrade. After deciding to keep my reservation, two days later, I was called and told my return flight was confirmed but the departure was not. I was given an option of paying over double for the same ticket, or I could leave on my trip three weeks after the return, which is physically impossible. She still told me that it was terms and conditions, and I should be flexible with the cost or the dates. Very disappointing.

I would give no stars if possible. They are a scam company. advertise low fare, do not disclose it is standby, and then charge more than double what you originally paid to get a confirmed booking. no refunds so when you pay the first amount your stuck going with them. Stay away!!!!!!!

To good to be true - This site appears to operate as a bait-and-switch. They advertise low fares, but after purchase you’re informed that the tickets do not include carry-on baggage. Baggage with carry-on can be added, but for at a cost. The tickets are non-refundable, and there is also an added cost if you need to cancel. On top of that, I had to pay an additional $250 just to secure assigned seating for two passengers. In the end, these “cheap” tickets cost me approximately $300 more than the average fare for the same destination. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this misleading and costly experience.

This website or travel agent wanna be are bunch of Indian call center scammers from India. They use a bait and switch tactics to sell flight tickets at cheaper rate that is not even legit and then later switch them to a much higher rate. Learn from my mistake and book to a reputable name like Expedia, Priceline and knowed companies.

This agency will tell you one great price then after paying the non refundable price they reveal all the limitations and you end up paying three times the original price.

I was sold tickets at a specific price, only to be told that I had bought "standby" tickets (whatever that means) and that in order to keep the tickets at that price I would have to move my travels by a month. When I told them I would rather cancel my flight and book through another agency, they told me that as I had already bought the standby tickets (which, according to the email confermation, I had not), I would not be refunded for the original ticket price - even though they were for different dates than the ones that I actually purchased. They charged me an extra $400 to change my flights back to roughly the same dates (I had to change from a Sunday to Sunday trip to a Tuesday to Tuesday trip) as the tickets that were advertised. Absolute scam, will never book with fbc again.

This company is a scam. I found cheap plane tickets only to have them calling and emailing me telling me my tickets were on hold due to issues. Then I received a call saying that there were multiple restrictions on my tickets, such as no carry on OR checked bags, no assigned seats, and that I would have to agree to flights departing and returning 1-2 days earlier or later than what I had selected. UNLESS I wanted to upgrade for an additional $500 per ticket. The site said NOTHING about these things and the person I talked to was extremely rude. I told him to cancel the reservations, that I was not paying $2000 for myself and my husband to fly anywhere. He then told me I couldn't cancel because he had "already emailed me the tickets", even though I did not receive them. This place is complete fraud. Do not fall into this trap.

This company is a bait and switch. Online they offer the cheapest possible fares but when you talk to them, they let you know that for the price they’re offering they can send you to a different city. Otherwise, you will have to pay more to go to the destination you want. Then they inform you that it is nonrefundable even though your flight is not booked yet. They hold your feet over the fire because they tell you they’re gonna charge your card regardless. I told them to go ahead and I will contest with my bank. They went ahead and canceled my order since it was never booked in the first place. Stay away altogether and save yourself the headache and the Hassle.

This airlines agency (FBC) is purely garbage. Their booking airfares do not say on standby flights.
it's a trap. They collected your cart information and said that they will email you ticket information. I booked a round-trip flight for $610 as indicated on their site. I ended paying $770.00 for one way flight instead. That representative Steve called the next day said that those are standby flights. There is no guarantee to get on board if it's a full flight. Steve supervisor Devina was even worst. I am very disappointed that Delta Airlines associated themselves with such kind of business. It's a bad reputation for Delta and I will assume for all the other airlines. I will never suggest anyone to book a flight with that agency. I have never heard or seen any airline or agency booked passengers on standby flights. That practice is only for airlines employees or in very rare circumstances like emergency or bad weather, etc.
I wonder how many passengers who got rubbed by these people.

Horrible company! They gave me a great price. I booked and they called me the next day saying I could not have any checked luggage, or carry on luggage. I also could not be guaranteed to fly on my selected date or time unless I paid an additional $300. They say it's on the website, but I certainly didn't see it. They use high pressure tactics to try to get you to agree to let them charge your card the additional fees. I wish I would have looked them up before I booked, but I used the priceline search engine so I trusted that it would be a legit plane ticket.
