I've been ordering service and repair…

I've been ordering service and repair parts for my son's MK7 Golf S now for a couple of years from FCP Euro. So far, they have fulfilled my orders greatly. I do suggest that FCP Euro package brake rotors a bit better. Other than that, it was a good experience all around.

Delivery promises ignored

If you don’t care when you will receive the parts, they’re okay. The do the bait and switch trick on delivery, taking overinflated extra money for early delivery but don’t provide the service. Over the last few years this has happened almost every time. Shop elsewhere and avoid the frustration.

However, there is an unexpected delay that is preventing the order from reaching you within the quoted time frame of on or before 2/10. Smooth transaction!

Was looking for a trunk liner for my Cayman S looked all around but FCP euro had the best price on it by far. I ordered it up and it showed up at my door not too long after. Very smooth transaction and great communication.

Can’t beat these guys!

As far as automotive parts supplier companies go, FCP is head and shoulders above the rest of the bunch. I can’t tell you how pleased I have been as a customer for the last 15 years. It is such a positive experience I feel like FCP is more like a “friend” than a business, they’ve always had my back. Thanks for all you do FCP!

Great selection of oem replacements and…

Great selection of oem replacements and maintenance items. Prices are comparable to any other online shop, free shipping on most orders once you hit a certain price (which isn’t much), and a lifetime warranty on essentially everything they sell. What’s not to love.

A Great Company

As a satisfied customer of FCP euro for years, I’ve always been impressed with their wonderful services. Not only do they offer OEM quality parts with very competitive prices, but also consistently deliver the package in a timely manner. Customer service team is top-notch as well. As far as the Lifetime replacement program, it is awesome! I have no issues whatsoever. You can also find some very informative DIY videos on their website which can benefit you a lot with your DIY projects. All in all, it is a great company. Highly recommended!

This is a really good company

This is a really good company. I mean like heads and shoulders beyond everyone else, not even a comparison. Very good people who like cars who can give you good advice if you need it. They don’t give you a hard time if you need to return something. If something goes wrong, they fix it. The lifetime replacement warranty is real and not a hassle. If you like to work on your German car, this is the company you should use, unless you like aggravation.

Life-time warranty is not worth their higher prices

I have been a customer for about 10 years. My first order was on 3/17/2015. This company was great for a while but the way they conduct business went down the drain recently, here is why I say that from my personal experience:
1. I don't trust the product reviews on their website. I purchased parts that were very bad (a radiator hose). The hose was not a good fit. It leaked and I had to go to the dealership and buy an OEM hose to get my car to be drivable again. I tried adding a review about that hose, FCP will delete my review. I tried re-adding it multiple times, but they will always delete it. The review was 1 star. The review was professional and only about that product. If they delete bad reviews of products, how will I trust the reviews on their website!
2. In the past they had a very nice return policy where you could return any part for a refund within a year. Also, after a year they will return it for store credit. They changed their policy without any notice. They will accept they return only within 3 months of purchase. They won't accept any return after that.
3. Their life time warranty is very tricky now. They are asking you to re-purchase the exact same product for that warranty to apply. That is terrible, if you buy a part that was low quality and you wanted to change the brand, they won't accept the life-time warranty return! They accept warranty returns in the past as long as you buy the same part regardless of the brand. Now they are very strict about you having to buy the exact same part. This makes their lifetime warranty useless for me.
4. The only reason I used to buy from FCP was their life-time warranty. I could find the same exact part cheaper from other reputable retailers. That includes my local BMW dealership that offers cheaper, than FCP euro prices, if I order online and pick-up instore.
At this point, I will not be placing any new orders through FCP except for the warranty orders that I have placed in the past.
