FCP Euro is wonderful
This company is wonderful. Great prices on OEM German parts. Fast shipping and if you order enough, you will get to know the employees. That is a good sign, they tend to keep staff, so it must be a nice place to work.
I have placed dozens of orders over the years. It is rare to have a order problem or defective part, but they have always fixed it without issue on the first call.

Needed some Volvo engine parts to repair the b5254t3 engine as fitted std to the ford focus st mk2. found this parts supplier on line. the biggest thing for me, is how easily it is to navigate the ordering process, also the price including (parts) to get these parts to NEW ZEALAND. also the time to get these parts to us, the parts where delivered 3 days ahead of the due date. I loved the logo ( get your tools ready)very inspiring. this firm is a pleasure to deal with, and will use this (ECP Euro) if need more parts. thanks, TREVOR NEW ZEALAND. ( first time order).

FCP, One of My Primary Sources
FCP is one of my primary sources for European car parts for my personal fleet. They have good options for parts with competitive pricing and good stock.
One helpful feature FCP has is they attempt to stay on top of the country of manufacture to gauge the quality. Replacement parts quality has become hard to determine, formerly trusted brands are out-sourcing and not longer keep control of their quality. Even manufacturer's replacement parts are being reduced in quality, I bought two identical manufacturer suspension bolts a couple of years ago, one was like the original in yellow zinc chromate and the other cheap, rough, zinc plate.

The warranty is weird
The warranty is weird, first time trying to put a warranty claim and turns out that I have to pay for the current price of the part. In a few months that same part almost triple the price. It’s ridiculous and I check the reviews of that same part and had several complaints of failing in just a few months. I’m not going to pay almost triple for that same part. Originally paid around 200 now it’s 534. Paying that current price and get back only 200 it’s not a warranty. I just take my loss and my business to another company.
