Great service from Mark, really appreciate his help and support in my new card terminals.

We would highly recommend Mark and his team, not only did he make the initial set up and installation process completely painless, but once you are up and running you can always speak to someone at the other end of the phone should you need any help at all. This Level of customer service is a huge positive for ourselves as we aren’t particularly ‘technically minded(!!)’ and had previously found that other providers were missing this personal and loyal approach to looking after customers for the duration, rather than simply signing a company up and then moving on. A perfect example of this commitment was when FCT recently paid our swap out fee (£180!!) as we needed to change one of our terminals from a fixed to a mobile SIM card handset as we had to make adaptations to our business during the pandemic. I don’t believe that many companies would be prepared to go this far for their customers.
We have 6 contactless Mobile Terminals that have a chip to ensure connectivity at the lowest line rentals and transaction fees to ensure we can transact card payments for our lovely customers without any hassle.

We have found Future Corporate Technologies to be very professional and efficient. Mark has always been very thorough in his research and in presenting quotations. He has an impressive knowledge of the energy sector and we have always felt that he has our best interests at heart. After much deliberation on our part, we’re pleased to have finally signed a new energy deal and look forward to securing further energy saving and green contracts with FCT in the future. It is reassuring to know that the headache of shopping around, time consuming research and the administration will be taken under their wing.

The service we were given was excellent, they go above and beyond for their customers.
Moreover, the terminal itself is excellent, you have eveything you need right there. If you need to change options for the card machine such as changing supervisor codes or closing of the terminals you get all the information on how to do it, again it's really easy to use and straightforward. Also the terminal came with instructions which were very clear and easy to follow and it honestly made the difference to working out how the terminal worked and all the different options available. We couldn't have asked for better!
