I found Future Connect Training & Recruitment through the AAT website, expecting a professional and trustworthy service. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that.

When I first contacted their so-called receptionist to request a quote for a 1-to-1 face-to-face tutoring session, I was told that I needed to arrange a Zoom meeting with someone from the team. I agreed, thinking I would get the information I needed. Instead, I was met with the Sales Man, who spent the entire call aggressively trying to sell me everything BUT what I had originally asked for. Despite me clearly stating that I was not interested in his sales pitch, he continued to push irrelevant courses, making exaggerated claims that I would "get a job after." After wasting my time with a useless presentation, he finally admitted that they don’t even offer the 1-to-1 face-to-face sessions I initially inquired about! If they didn’t offer it, why didn’t they just say so from the beginning instead of tricking me into a sales meeting? To make matters worse, he later messaged me on WhatsApp.

The very next day, I received a call from another SALES MAN, who suddenly claimed that they DO offer 1-to-1 face-to-face sessions, but I had to visit their office to discuss further. Confused but hopeful, I agreed. Minutes later, Vishal messaged me again—this time to cancel the appointment and confirm that they actually do NOT provide the service. What kind of game are they playing?

And it didn’t stop there. The following day, they called me AGAIN to schedule yet another appointment for a service they do not even have! Since then, I have been harassed with at least two phone calls every single day from different personal mobile numbers (not even an official business line), making it impossible for me to block them all. Despite multiple requests to delete my details from their system, they continue to violate my privacy and ignore my requests.

This company is dishonest, misleading, and completely unprofessional. Their aggressive sales tactics, false promises, and endless harassment make them completely unacceptable. If you value your time, privacy, and money, stay far away from Future Connect Training & Recruitment!

I had an awesome experience during my training with future connect. It was an incredible experience as I had all the support I needed without any delay. The modules were explained with thorough examples and practical projects. I would recommend future connect anytime. I had awesome support from all the tutors including Awais, Abdullah Hashmi, Najaf and Hamza. A very big WELL-DONE to you all.

Course materials is good, the mentoring approach is good. The instructor did a good job of communicating and making it a more intimate arrangement. A lot of online courses fail because of the isolation. Future connect is very good and I think it’s a very solid course. I learned a lot.

I did Digital Marketing Training with IT from Future Connect and I cannot be thankful enough to my trainers Aastha and Minahil. The sessions were always with the trainer one to one. When I finished the training the recruitment team really helped me a lot from CV preparation to interview preparation. Aastha prepared me well for the interviews and by god’s grace I secured a job as a Marketing Analyst and they sponsored the visa as well for me. I was very stressed when I took consultation with Abhishek but he guided me in the right direction. The training focussed mainly on practical aspects like working on tools and projects. They also provided 6 months experience which aided in my job hunt and after a lot of hard work and dedication and support from the trainers and Future Connect team my career took a U turn in the right direction. I have been studying at Future Connect Hounslow and I have to say I highly recommend anyone interested in pursuing a career in Finance to consider Training with Future Connect. The Hounslow Centre Tutors Zeeshan & Ruheena are very helpful, and any errors or misunderstanding I have made Tutor Ruheena has been extremely helpful in helping me understand and correct my errors. Overall my experience has been AWESOME, and as I am nearing the end of my accounts assistant course, i really look forward to gaining employment and implement the many new skills I have learnt. I am also considering pursuing my AAT Level 2&3 with Future Connect in the near future.

On last thing, you must brush up on your Numeracy & Literacy Level 1&2 Skills in order for you to make sense of the Tutorial Videos. You do not need Algebra Skills, but your Adding/Subtraction, Multiplication/Division, Percentages/Fractions Skills must be to a Level 1 & Level 2 understanding to make sense of the the Accounts Assistant Course. And I recommed watching Youtube Videos into the basics of using Excel software. Yet do not stress to much because you can always use the calculator, and you can always ask Tutor Ruheena for help.
