The coins are awesome and the patches are amazing.

Hands down I love this company. Collecting from departments all around the country, even tho I'm a glow worm and would love to see some hazmat coins. It's an awesome concept seeing and learning about other departments. It's definitely worth getting the vip membership, you get two coins and patches. Also you get great discounts in the secret shop!!!..

Adding to my collection is easy with FD Collectors club. The items are always high quality and they come as expected each month. Their communications are excellent.

The coins are of the highest quality and they look awesome. The patches are a bit small and are not as high of a quality as the coins. I will continue to be a customer till I run out of room.

It’s like Christmas every month. The patches and coins are fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Seeing that little red package , you know, it's when we something newThat you can add to your collection. I just went back to my second volunteer fire department. First time, a long time for their Pancake breakfast, and I took the VIP patch and coin of this month and gave it to them .they absolutely loved it. Because they do not have that many patches or coins. When I do get double coins or patches, I give them to friends and family and it is pretty cool. See the joy on their face to get something like that.

Make sure that if you offer a FDNY patch and coin set in your regular group that it absolutely gets offered in the FDNY only group. I don’t collect anything other than FDNY and a lot of other people don’t either.

I’ve enjoyed my FD Collectors Club membership, but the coins have evolved into more medallion-like designs as their size, thickness, and shapes have expanded. I’d really like to see the collection return to standard challenge coin sizing and traditional shapes.

Ship on the first of the month, like when this first started. It seems like y'all wait and see what coins are available and give the higher price members a better coin and then we get what's left.

I am both a VIP member of the Fire Department installment and the FDNY installment. I look forward to receiving the packages each month. The coins always have great designs and the non-FDNY ones come from some interesting locations. Love the FDNY ones as well as I am a collector of coins and patches from that department. Only thing is that sometimes they are a little late getting them out during the month, but that's not a huge thing. Stuff happens, but they do come in that same month, just a littler later. Great stuff and I think they are doing a fabulous job. Keep up the great work.

As a retired Fire Capt in the service for 30 plus years, challenge coins have become an exciting item to collect. Although it has been rough for me to get coins, through FD collectors club, I am able to receive coins and patches to add to my collection. Although I really wish I could afford the VIP subscription to gain more, I’m extremely happy to be part of your club. Thank you for providing such great service to guys like me. Maybe one day one financials are better for my family and I, I’ll be able to at least do one year of VIP. Take care and stay safe.

I originally wrote a review of my initial experience with this company and while the relationship started rocky, they worked quickly and diligently to fix it for me. Long story short, I had a customer service issue and initially used the chat service on the website without much help. But once the product started to arrive I used email instead and got very quick responses from Mark, a customer service rep, and the owner of the company, Thomas. They explained everything that happened and took responsibility for their part of the issue. There was a secondary issue with USPS that has nothing to do with these guys and is an ongoing issue in my neighborhood. The products (challenge coins and patches) are of great quality and the write up of the department is great. While we had some rocky starts with this being a Christmas gift for my 5 year old, Thomas and Mark have turned it around and made me very happy that we are supporting this small business. While it isn’t a cheap subscription, it is worth the money if you are into this kind of stuff.

Coins and patches are fine but shipment dates are not consistent. Sometimes a week or more delayed. Also customer service is non existent just an automated response. Had a promo stating if I got the VIP package before midnight that day I would receive the October collection and the November collection but have not been able to get in contact with anyone.

It's a good product but I've had it for two months and both times it hasn't shipped on the tenth of the month like they advertise

The coins are absolutely amazing & I’m beyond pleased with them. I love getting the fact cards that tell some info on the departments for the monthly & VIP subscriptions. I also subscribe to the FDNY monthly subscription as well. I wish they’d include a fact card with that as well, but unfortunately they do not. I wish they’d also include one with anything you buy in the secret shop. I’ve reached out to customer service twice with no response.
